Hotel Palermo Columbia

Non sono solito fare questo tipo di recensioni ma veramente pessimo. Struttura vecchia e poco pulita, senza elettricità dall'arrivo a metà notte, quando è tornata il condizionatore non funzionava. Prima dell'arrivo, ho chiesto di poter prenotare un parcheggio (a 13€) e non è stato fatto. Sono stato indirizzato a un parcheggio a €20 solo per la notte. Colazione discreta il resto da dimenticare, pur per una sola notte.

One of the worst places I stayed in my life. The whole hotel smells to catacombs. Poor cleanliness, cobwebs everywhere, the worst quality of mattresses, no Wifi in your room and the breakfast is very very poor. Good location, the staff is friendly, but definitely better to pay €20 or €30 for a nicer accomodation.

Un ottimo hotel al centro di Palermo davvero vicino ad ogni punto di interesse xcio comodo per potersi spostare in totale autonomia visto che in macchina è impossibile camminare in quanto Palermo è piena di Ztl.... Camere comode

Hotel di livello assoluto: ci sono stato 5 notti e mi sono trovato benissimo, personale estremamente gentile e cibo fantastico a colazione. La stanza era molto confortevole con aria condizionata in relaxxx.Inoltre è situato in una posizione molto centrale di Palermo quindi ci si può muovere subito verso Via Maqueda, verso Ballarò e anche per il lungomare

Sono arrivata ieri a Palermo, e mi sono ritrovata in un albergo che tutto si può definire tranne hotel, penso che le foto parlano da sole, un disastro completo la stanza terribile il bagno vomitevole la colazione meglio farla fuori... In poche parole scegliete altro ma no qui...

E' meraviglioso per la sua posizione e l' accoglienza.Tre giorni intensi gioiosi e veloci,per vedere più cose.Personale presente 24h.

Had a few issues with the shower leaking, and not the best the view from our room, but the staff were brilliant, and the location couldn't be better. Right in the centre of the city about 5 minutes walk from the Theatre. Breakfast wasn't the best but at the end of the day it's just somewhere to sleep in between exploring the city. Good hotel. Great location. Great staff. Very clean. Needs a bit of tlc to fix some issues with the shower. Amazing value none-the-less.

Excellent location and very close to the parking lot where you can park your car for €25 per day. Just make sure you get ZTL pass if entering the center on weekday, or you will get a big fine. The hotel can help you with it. There are also offices in Palermo you can get one, but to activate you will need an Italian phone number.The hotel is very secure and clean, rooms are small but comfortable. The big problem is that there is no heating in the rooms, I was freezing under two covers. The A/C unit is just for cooling and thank God, we didn’t need it as it was working like an old farm tractor and would be impossible to sleep under that noise. The unit was never cleaned, I guess. When the neighbor open the shower, you can hear it in your room. In general, the hotel is not really maintained. The first room we got was spacious, but the shower holder was broken, and the side of the shower stall was coming out of the wall when you try to close the door (and I am not even discussing the rust on the bottom of the shower as it is just an aesthetics issue). The front desk clerk found another room for us with strong walls and shower holder not broken, but on the first try, as soon as we opened the water, the shower head turned up and sprayed the bathroom wall next to the shower. The clerk said the room service will check it. “The room service” was the cleaning lady. She checked and told us that we “should hold the shower head in our hand, not use the holder”. I wonder why the holder was there in the first place. There was a fridge that didn’t work and a TV that said “No signal” on the screen, also safe box with dead batteries (or maybe not working). A lot of useless parts of “placed furniture”.The breakfast was good on the first day, the second day croissants were “of a second day freshness”, soggy...

Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 giorni in questo hotel è ci siamo trovati molto bene, la posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro e dai monumenti, ottima colazione abbondante e camere molto pulite inoltre abbiamo trovato una disponibilità dello staff incredibile sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. La cosa più bella è che si è creata anche una bella amicizia e questo rimane il punto di forza in assoluto.Consigliamo vivamente questo Hotel a tutti noi torneremo a trovarli molto presto.
