Tutto bello, pulito e nuovo però ci sono solo 2 problemini: c'è un solo specchio piccolo nel bagno e poi ci sono le zanzare, ma tante. Per il resto lo consiglio tranquillamente.

I have decided to adapt my review from a relevant booking platform here again, because I can no longer change it there and because I would like to add something to the reaction on the part of the accommodation. In advance: Marco gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to give us all the important information and tips. Everything was fine with the room and there was nothing to complain about. You can argue about the cosiness, but that's a matter of taste. The location is also perfect. You can get to the old town and the waterfront very quickly.But:The communal kitchen is not usable, which was not understandable for us, as all Corona rules are suspended. Even though this is stated in the rules of the accommodation and we read this very well in advance, as a guest you can still critically question this, especially when you find a huge, fully equipped kitchen. At the inclusive breakfast, every product was individually wrapped in plastic, even coffee was served in a plastic cup. In addition, the breakfast was not well replenished, e.g. there were cornflakes, but no more milk. Since, according to the booking platform, the accommodation participates in the sustainability programme, all the plastic was doubly incomprehensible for us. Marco was also not easily reachable during the stay and did not answer. We wanted to pay the tourist fees on the day of arrival, but Marco didn't have any change. So I transferred it to an IBAN without a full name and, even when asked, have not yet found out whether the money arrived. Although I liked the stay in the room very much, I find it unprofessional a) not to answer guests' questions (anymore), especially when it was emphasised beforehand that one can get in touch at any time and b) when the smallest criticism is voiced, the host justifies himself and accuses the guests of not informing themselves in advance. In my opinion, a company that lives from accommodating people and giving them a good time should be happy about every critical feedback in order to continuously improve.

Tutta la struttura era super pulita e nuova. La stanza era molto confortevole e spaziosa. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie anche a Marco che è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato

Bellissimo beb curato nei particolari. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Stanza pulita e grande, tv e bagno con doccia molto accogliente. Ci hanno messo a disposizione anche la colazione la mattina, peccato che gli ospiti che erano con noi si portavano le cose a casa e non ci era rimasto nulla. Do un consiglio spassionato alla proprietaria, di mettere le cose direttamente nelle stanze e contate perché la gente se ne approfitta purtroppo! Cmq straconsiglio e grazie per la gentilezza!

Bright and large room with an additional bathroom. The location of the place is very good. Close to the port and other attractions in the old town.
