not sure what the deal is with this place, or maybe more precisely its employee (or maybe the guy from india or pakistan is the owner) we went there to get a cover plate for our gas valve switch - something no other electric shops carry. my husband showed a picture of our switch. the guy took a look and sold us the wrong one. of course we did not realize till we came back home and tried to install it. next day we had to take the bus again to return it. instead of apologizing for making the mistake, he was visibly upset and threw the cover into a pile in the back when we told him it was a wrong one and could not be installed. but that was not it. he charged us €19 for the piece of plastic while IDRA isl charged us only €7 for the same thing but the right model. unless you prefer to throw your money around, i would suggest you not go there!
