Tubesound - Luxuryradios

Having decided some time ago to purchase a vintage tube radio and carried out my initial research, I decided that should I eventually make a purchase, it would be from Tubesound. I eventually wrote to the company and having no idea of which radio would be most appropriate for me, I included a list of my preferred music and radio stations.
Giovanni wrote back and suggested the Grundig 5010. I’m listening to Classic FM on it as I type, the Grundig having settled into its new home perfectly. I’m thrilled with the rich and detailed sound of this radio. The amplification is more than enough for my lounge, and even on lower volumes when I have friends around for wine and conversation, I always receive complements on the Grundig’s sound quality and the craftsmanship of its cabinet.
It has become, not only one of my favourite pieces of audio equipment, but a worthy piece of furniture, a member of my family that will be with me permanently.
I remember my communications with Giovanni fondly. He kept me up to date with the progress of my order, demonstrating excellent customer service. I can recommend Tubesound without reservation should you be in the market for a fully restored vintage tube radio
