Ho avuto l'occasione di collaborare con il team di In Rome cooking per un evento aziendale. Non posso fare altro che lasciare 5 stelle.Location, servizio e disponibilità sono le chiavi del loro successo.Attività di cooking class completamente immersi nel centro di Roma e gli spazi dedicati parlano da soli, ma senza la cordialità, competenza di Salvatore, Federica e tutto il team non avrebbero il valore che meritano.Entusiasta di aver scoperto una realtà come la loro che unisce la passione con la conoscenza e abilità di rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Ho condiviso questa esperienza con mia suocera . Ci siamo divertite con lo chef Max a fare la spesa al mercato di Campo de Fiori e nei negozi storici di Roma per poi entrare in una cucina all’interno di un palazzo storico molto bello. La sua gentilezza , la sua pazienza e la passione per la cucina, mescolata alla sue origini siciliane, sono riuscite a farci creare un pranzo ricco di profumi sapori ed eleganza nella sua semplicità indimenticabili . Il tutto si è concluso con il pranzo condiviso insieme a Max ed Andrea nella sala da pranzo stupenda . Grazie Max .. a presto

This was an amazing tour!! We had a walk among the locals where we tried such delicious food and wine, and were absolutely blown away by this tour. Max was an amazing guide, I’d highly recommend this chef (he teaches cooking classes as well) as a tour guide to show you around the best of the best, and where the locals go. You just show up, eat, and learn about Rome and he will handle the rest. Max taught us so much, thanks for an amazing tour!

In Italy for the first time and we took this cooking class with David. He was amazing, patient and very informative. We went shopping for everything and then the fun really began. The food was phenomenal. Can't wait to try this at home.

What a fantastic and exciting experience. Our chef was awesome (Alessandro) and explained this thoughts as we went through the course. From the market, the at home kitchen feel, the friendly chefs that make you feel like family, this course was worth every penny, and more. We will certainly be doing this again the next time we visit Rome. We got lucky and the other participants for the day did not show, so my wife and I had our own private course. We made delicious food, learned excellent tricks and had some fun laughs. I almost don’t want to leave a good review because then this will become more busy and we will loose this little piece of heaven. Overall, 10/5 stars.

“Zio Mauritsio” was the absolute best companion to take us through the Trastevere neighborhood. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area and all the tasty treats we ate! He made us feel like we were hanging out with our Italian uncle on typical Saturday evening. The food was of course delicious, but Mauritsio was that extra Parmigiano Reggiano on our Italian pasta bowl honeymoon. Grazie Mauritsio!
