I needed a taxi from Riva to Desenzano, this company was happy to help. I made a mistake in my booking and scheduled it for the wrong day, but the owner arranged a taxi for me anyway and it picked me up within five minutes, and took me all the way to Desenzano even though it was at the last minute for them. I was so grateful because I would have had to sleep on a bench that night since there were no other transportation options. Both the owner and the driver were professional and courteous and were able to chat over WhatsApp in English. I would definitely use this company every time, and recommend them highly! Only thing I would mention is I didn't know they prefer cash payment not card, so do bring cash if you can.
