Taxi posteggio Novella
Called to reserve a taxi to the train station, was told to call back 10 mins beforehand. Called again the morning of our departure and was on hold for 10 mins after several calls. When I asked the operator if he spoke English he said, “yes a little bit” and then put be back on hold! Ended up walking to the station suitcases in tow. Would be nice if Uber or FreeNow were in Florence!
