We used this place to store some of our larger bags for a couple days while we travelled before our next cruise. On the website, it had said it would open at 08:30, which was perfect for us, as we had a train to catch from Roma Termini at 09:16. Arriving around 08:30-08:40, we were confused as to why they hadn’t opened. Upon asking the owner of the store next to it, we were told it opened at 09:00, which would not have been a problem until the owner showed up five minutes late, causing us to miss our first train, turning what would have been a 3 hour high-speed business class train ride into a 16 hour, 90% standing regional train pilgrimage.
