I wasn't going to leave a comment because I didn't want to embarrass you. About a month ago I went with my partner and her relatives to your shop. My friend tried on some trousers that were probably faulty as they had a part of the waistband where the belt goes in that was broken, my friend didn't even notice that and as she didn't like the trousers she left them. Then the shop assistant told my friend that she had broken them and that she had to pay for them, shouting at her and in a bad way, she started to call my friend a liar and to top it all off she locked the shop with us inside and said that until we paid we were not leaving. My friend's relatives tried to tell the shop assistant that they were not going to pay for them and that if there was any other solution but she did not see reason so they finally paid a proportional part for a product that they did not even want. As you can understand I am not going to give you a good rating after the way you treated us and locked us in the shop.Best regards.
