I had to exchange pounds for euros, but this was not possible because it was closed. As read in the posted sheet, I called the toll-free number to request an appointment but the lady replied that the shops in Rome had not yet reopened. Why then write to call the toll-free number? Forgetfulness or disorganization?

Please don’t go to this place for exchanging currency. They don’t tell you about the commission of 19.9% until you do the exchange. And it’s NOT REFUNDABLE. If you have a close look on their policy written on the service desk, you can find details. Be aware!!!!!
