The Red House Company - Rental Apartments in Venice
I made a reservation for the Mansarda Magritte apartment in Venice, paying in full for my stay. When I received confirmation of the payment I made a flight reservation. A day later, in spite of the payment confirmation, as well as after completing all the formalities, I received information that in spite of the payment my reservation is canceled. I called the host (Marco) asking about the bizarre policy of running the company. All I got was the information that at the same time, someone had also booked the same apartment, so there was no room for me. The refund time for the amount paid is 14 days. I was left with frozen money and without an overnight stay in Venice. I was not offered any compensation, moreover, I was told that it was the fault of the system, while the reservations work flawlessly. I caution those who want to book accommodation in Venice through the company not to encounter an unpleasant surprise.

Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux de l'équipe de The Red House Venice . En revanche Grand Arsenal Large est plutot vieillot sombre et bruyant.Les sanitaires sont eux irréprochables. La literie inegale...(certains matelas sont à changer mais le linge de lit parfait!)

We loved staying at Ca' Moro in Venice - a beautiful and perfectly organized top floor flat with top notch furniture and appliances in a chic area very close to Accademia. These flats are value for money as you pay like a three people room in a hotel but you have a full flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms all for you! Check-in procedure was very nice and detailed, with lots of useful information (and we have been many times in Venice!) and helpful instructions. Communication with Marco was easy - we managed to add an extra guest with no additional expenses, which is quite rare. We will surely be back! On their website you can choose among many flats in Venice and it will be my main search engine for next stays! Thank you again to the whole staff

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood yet it is very accessible to dining options, cafes, and shops. One basically just has to walk out the door to experience Venice. I’m glad we stayed in Cannaregio because it is close enough to the big tourist attractions yet far from the loud crowds. The host was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. They even arranged for a hired water taxi for our departure (which I would recommend over the vaporetto. It’s twice as expensive but ten times the comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ca’Moro-Salina right near the Grand Canal in September 2022. A modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment with a washer, drying rack, two well-appointed bathrooms, and three bedrooms on three levels (small number of interior stairs). A lift and private entrance to a courtyard just off a small alleyway. A short walk to many sights.

Marco and his team are amazing. I was had originally booked pre-covid and had to make several rebooking. Marco was great at responding to any and all questions. Great communication. Never had any issues. We stayed at Ca' del Ramo d'Oro Apartment. Absolutely well worth it, very spacious yet cozy. I was worried about location and convenience. It’s extremely central just between san marco square and rialto bridge. I loved everything about the apartment. Very nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. The bed is a bit firm yet comfortable. The apartment was impeccably clean. I would happily stay with red house anytime.

I have used the Red House company twice now and they have been incredible both times. Someone meets you from the nearest water taxi/bus rank to walk you to the apartment. The apartment we stayed in (Ca'Dorina) was in a fabulous location- in a quiet area but so close to the busy areas, as well as a small supermarket and many bars and resturants. It was well equipped with what we needed and was clean and modern with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They answered emails promptly, allowed us a slightly later check out and also helped organize a water taxi to get back to the airport. I would not hesitate to book with them again. I must also add, if you have a late flight home there is a self luggage storage shop in Cannaregio, which made our last day much easier.
