Everything was ok.

Had an excellent experience with these guys. Online booking was stress free, pricing was reasonable. Easy to find the place and no delays when we picked up our stuff. Helpful and cheerful fellow (who I assume is the owner?) got our boots and skis/boards sorted and off we went.Unfortunately my Dad had a nasty ski accident and ended up being heli-lifted to a nearby ICU 3 days into the 6 day booking, which obviously meant he could not ski.The owner was very sympathetic and humane and refunded the remaining days on my Dad's rental no questions asked, taking away one of the many stresses for my family during a hard time, and allowed us to continue using the ski locker.I'd like to think that for being so good to my family he will benefit in some way, so if you can't decide where to rent from in Ortisei, please book via these guys.

Friendly and painless ski rental place. The very close proximity to one of the lifts is a plus. Order and pay online beforehand to get a discount and avoid any up-selling. Down a star for the extremely unwaxed and not very well maintained snowboard that was rented.

We were here for e bike rental in October. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Very knowledgeable about the best place for us to ride, very friendly and accommodating. Good prices.
