Sicuramente uno dei migliori caffè-bistrot di piazza Duomo, considerando gli altri locali presenti poco dopo..Gentilissimi, organizzati. Una bella squadra, il caffè è veramente ottimo.Torte ottime e tutto fatto da loro.

Orinati due spritz ed una pizzetta.Spritz: 24 euro. Mediocri.Pizzetta: 6 euro. Chiamarla pizzetta" è davvero farle un complimento.TOT 30 euro.Forse era meglio leggere le recensioni prima di sedermi oppure spostarmi di qualche metro. Avrei continuato a godere della meravigliosa vista

grande fregatura. personale scortese. non vengono comunicati prezzi, non corrispondenza tra quelli scritti sul menù e quelli sullo scontrino. unica cosa é la bella vista, cibo accettabile. atteggiamento scorbutico da parte della cameriera con i capelli rossi. non fanno fare conti separati, 8€ di colazione e ti devi fare pure i calcoli te.

Location of this place is amazing, directly in centre of Florence. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The toasts we had for breakfast were little lacking but the pastries were nice.

Expensive food with bad attitude staffs. First of all, the staff guided us(two people) to the smallest table even though there’s another normal size table just next to it. The staff who serves us seems not happy that we only order one pizza and one soda drink(cost about 20 euros). Keep asking : That’s all?The margarita pizza is bad with tomato sauce, no fresh tomato. I understand that you pay more for average food and drink when you’re at the tourist area. But I don’t feel the service come together with its price.

Poor food with small portion. The pesto spaghetti is very salty. The worst pasta i have ever had in Italy. The staff is not friendly. They are unpleased with us as we didn’t order any drinks.Many people came in the restaurant just for toilet but not for food. So, the staff locked the female toilet. Even we pay and have our meal there, we couldn’t go to the toilet. I am very disappointed with this restaurant, especially when it locates right next to the most popular tourist attraction in Florence.

Very good place to take a little break after walking all day in Florence, all things are overpriced, but not too much: 8€ a beer in front of the most wonderful palace seems ok to me

The service was poor, very arrogant and not friendly. The food was not coming together. And they didnt say sorry. The price was to high for the drinks and it was warm. You need to walk further down the street. Dont eat here.

Esperienza negativa. Pago volentieri 6€ per un te caldo considerando la posizione del locale, peró mi aspetto un certo tipo di servizio: mi hanno portato la tazza, il cucchiaio, il bollitore sporchi. Ho dovuto chiedere 2 volte una tazza pulita. Sconsigliato nonostante la vista.

The best thing about this café is the view and the service, but that's what cafés like this are for in places like this. The cappuccino, the croissants and the sandwich were quite good. SOMETHING WE DID'T LIKED AT ALL: in this cafe you will find a life big vintage figurine of an african descent servant. At the same time, people of african descent work in the service of this café. How can you be so tactless and inhuman towards your employees. That's just disgusting.
