White Iris Beauty Spa

Not bad

I have never been one to celebrate my birthday, but I decided to make it special this year by going to the White Iris Beauty Spa, located in Hotel Continentale. In 12 years of living in Florence, I am happy I took the opportunity to go. The spa is quaint, cozy and wonderfully designed, and the staff is warm and professional. Not to mention, excellent at what they do. I treated myself to a facial and a full body scrub and felt rejuvenated despite feeling a little bit older :) I would recommend their services to my friends and family without hesitating. 5 stars all around!

El hotel es maravilloso ... location mejor imposible.. parece de estar dentro el pontevecchio .. servicios excelentes.. Erica la chica de la SPA súper amable y encantadora .. volvería más veces solo por sus servicios.. mi familia y yo nos quedamos muy satisfechos y volveremos muy pronto a Florencia ...espero vuelvan a abrir pronto para que podamos desfrutar de este mágico lugar ...

I highly recommend White Iris Beauty Spa if you are looking to pamper yourself in Firenze.Ho avuto un'esperienza molto positiva.The spa is conveniently located and the spa environment is relaxing. Mi sono sentito in pace.I had a pedicure and was lucky enough to meet Erica. She was lovely and did a fantastic job.I will definitely return when I am next in Florence.Grazie mille.

De verdad si pudiera darle más estrellas se las daría tanto a los procedimientos como al personal, exclusivamente a Erica la responsable del Spa que fue la estetista que me recibió, que mujer tan profesionalmente preparada, me logró quitar el fuerte dolor de cuello ocasionado por mucho estrés que tenía, hasta me hizo quedarme dormido durante el masaje, también pedí una depilación de piernas y estaba un poco asustado porque tengo la piel sensible y sufro de mucho bellos encarnados, a lo cual Erica procedió a calmar un mis temores al explicarme que usaría otro tipo de cera una para piel delicada" y que sería lo más precavida posible

I have American standards for spa service, which I have come to learn that in Italy my standard is reserved for 5 star (like Four Seasons, which is incredible). Unfortunately I have yet to be impressed with any Spa in Florence that boasts to have high quality, other than Four Seasons. I am not a snob, but if I am paying 100 euro for a mani pedi, I want a really nice experience. White Iris has nice spa beds, but then you have to awkwardly put your feet in a bucket on your bed... the spa smelled (like so many basement spaces in florence) like sewer. The spa tech told me once we got there that 2 of our 4 treatments would have to be 2 hours apart b/c she wasnt staffed properly to fulfill our reservation. No massage, no scrub, no special potions and lotions that you expect with a 100 euro mani/pedi. I miss the states, where at Burke Williams you can treat yourself for a 50 dollar pedicure and get parafen wax and all the works, plus use spa like steam and sauna. Not impressed at all with White Iris, other than the fact that the nail polish didnt chip for over week.

Amazing massage with Henda ! She is professional, warm and sincere.The spa is in the center of the city and the vibe is very nice inside.

Esperienza molto positiva grazie ad un voucher ricevuto in regalo. La Spa è pulita e accogliente, ed Erica è stata bravissima, gentile e professionale sia nel fare il massaggio corpo Comfort Touch che ha effettivamente tolto la tensione a collo spalle e schiena, sia nel massaggio viso sublime skin express con buoni prodotti e un tocco magico e sapiente sul viso.Consigliatissimo, sicuramente tornerò!

This is my first time writing a review because this establishment deserves recognition! I had facial care and waxing treatments last Aug. 08, 2021 and their service is just amazing. I highly recommend their therapist Ms. Erica, she’s very gentle and such a sweet person. She knew exactly what type of products to use for my skin. On top of that she even gave me shoulder and feet massage with no added cost. I was very satisfied with the results that I ended up buying their skincare products. Ms. Erica went beyond my expectations and even gave me a free hand cream! If you happen to drop by Florence and looking for a place to pamper yourself, I encourage you to try White Iris Spa :) It’s worth every penny!
