Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. We were looking for someone to make a frame for our Samsung Frame TV. We wandered into the shop and tried to explain our strange request in very bad Italian. Stefano was so patient and offered to come to our house to measure the tv. After some time, he returned to deliver the beautiful frame that fit perfectly.The final cost which included 3 trips to our home was significantly lower than the price of buying a factory made one online.Stefano was friendly, patient, professional and a true pleasure to work with. His personalized service and dedication to his craft is just what we imagined the Italian experience to be like.We can highly recommend him and will definitely return in the future.
