Ristorante delizioso e familiare con giardino fronte lago e pontile di accesso ai battelli del lago d’Iseo. Cortesia e professionalita’. Ottimo e ricco il menu di Pasqua con cucina della tradizione, servizio gentile e attento.

They took our booking knowing that the restraunt was hosting a very noisy drinking party outside our windows. At 11.30 at night we were still waiting for soe quiet to try and sleep.

-Piatti davvero buoni, in particolare l’antipasto di lago e gli spaghetti ai gamberi di lago.-Location molto bella soprattutto durante il tramonto.-La cameriera (credo si chiami Maria)era molto disponibile, gentile e sorridente.Peccato che non si possa dire la stessa cosa della proprietaria.

Totale assenza di gentilezza ed attenzione verso il cliente.Camere prive di condizionatore, cassetta di sicurezza, frigo e acqua, ascensore.Prezzi alti.

Buona location, un po' datata ma a suo modo accogliente, posizione top fronte lago e tranquillo, buoni i piatti l'unico disguido i tempi di attesa leggermente lunghi ma giustificati dalla festività! Prezzo leggermente superiore alle aspettative! Tutto sommato promosso e consigliato.

Situato in una posizione veramente bella, con parcheggio grande e comodo adiacente la struttura.Qualità delle portate medio/bassa, alla richiesta di pagamento con carta solita smorfia della signora, con lamentio di sottofondo; cameriere invece disponibili e professionali. Non penso che torneremo, peccato per la posizione davvero bella.

Hotel ristorante pet friendly con vista privilegiata sul lago e ampio giardino con parcheggio. La posizione è ottimale, anche per rilassanti passeggiate in paese. Camere spartane e non molto grandi, con arredi piuttosto datati, ma pulite. Il ristorante ha una cucina tipica molto buona, ma meglio prenotare, soprattutto per il pranzo della domenica. La vista sul lago è assolutamente magnifica e da sola vale il soggiorno. Prezzi nella media. Esperienza da ripetere. Consigliato

The views from both the rooms and the patio are stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for any guest. It's hard to resist being captivated by the beauty of the surroundings.However, the tranquility I had hoped for was unfortunately marred by the persistent noise. The nearby ferry dock, early morning deliveries, and late-night dinners from the hotels restaurant were constant sources of disturbance. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep or simply relax in peace. This noise issue greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the stay.Moving on to the cleanliness of the rooms, I can say that they were adequately maintained. The housekeeping staff seemed to prioritize cleanliness, and I didn't encounter any major issues in that regard. However, the disappointment began to settle in when I realized that the hotel's maintenance standards were lacking.The beds were noticeably uncomfortable, lacking the quality and comfort one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the furnishings appeared outdated and worn, giving the impression that they were long overdue for an upgrade. These aspects greatly detracted from the overall comfort and appeal of the rooms.What struck me most negatively about Hotel Punta dell'Est was the impression left by the owners and staff. Upon arrival, I had hoped to be greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, with the staff taking the opportunity to provide a comprehensive introduction to the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, this was not the case.Instead, the owners seemed indifferent to their guests' needs and lacked the attentiveness that makes a stay truly memorable. It felt as though their primary concern was extracting money from guests rather than providing a welcoming and accommodating environment. This lack of genuine care left a lasting negative impression and contributed to my overall disappointment with the hotel.In conclusion, despite its excellent location and beautiful views, Hotel Punta dell'Est fell short of my expectations. The persistent noise issues, lack of comfort in the beds and furnishings, and the owners' apparent disregard for guest satisfaction created an underwhelming experience. I had hoped to fall in love with this place, but sadly, I couldn't find a way to overlook these shortcomings.
