Be careful! Don't get into the taxi before finalizing the price. Don't tell cab driver about your next travel. They try to manipulate to take taxi for longer distances

Most of the negative reviews here are about taxi service around Naples, this is a private company not just an average taxi! The driver arrived early, dressed professionally, and drove safely. We arrived earlier than planned to our destination. Compared to other early morning (5am) transfer services, this company was much cheaper (closer to 100 euro instead of 250). Would recommend :)

I booked the taxi by app in Napoli. First that was written in the app the taxi will arrive in 3 mins. After 20 mins waiting we cancelled the booking. I needed to pay 5 EUR for cancellation… I wanted to order the taxi with another company when the taxi arrived. The taxi meter showed 16 EUR but the driver said that I needed to pay 22 EUR because it was transport to the airport… Is it true??? So I need to pay 27 EUR for 5 km ride…

I have never used this Taxi company but feel it's important to point out that a lot of people think this is the Public Taxi from Naples Airport.I almost left a bad review on here until I realised that the actual company is separate from this one. If you type in 'Taxi Stand Naples Airport' you will find the actual public Taxi company that operates from the Airport. taxinapoli.itAvoid taking a taxi from the taxi stand. They are thieves. Read the reviews and avoid!!!

Used this company twice, the most recent in May, to go from Naples Airport to Sorrento with return a week later. Driver was waiting with a sign at the airport. Vehicle was nice as well as being spotlessly clean. Drivers were very nice; they chatted if we wanted to chat, didn’t bother us if we didn’t. Would use them again for sure.

My son and girlfriend made a reservation paying by card this afternoon, for a taxi from Piano di Sorrento to Naples train station tomorrow. They received an email straight after saying that they had received the request but it wasn't confirmed yet. They then received another email shortly afterwards to say that the request was refused as there was no availability on that date or time. I told them to check their bank account and unbelievably the company have taken the money from their card anyway!!!! They now have no money to get to Naples tomorrow to be able to get home to the UK. They have tried to call them to speak to someone without success and have messaged via the message form but no response as yet. This is appalling - to take the money anyway when they are unable to provide the service. Daylight robbery and disgusting! I hope this poor review with get a response from them immediately and the monies returned straight away so they can return home to the UK! The site wouldn't allow me to rate zero stars. So lets see if they can redeem themselves!I can now report subsequently this evening that the monies have now been refunded, albeit not immediately. So thankyou.

Avoid at all costs! Booked airport car for 5:15. At 5:20 contacted the dispatcher who then said I needed to wait another 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t afford to wait due to needing certainty I would have a ride to airport, he declined and said service was pre paid. Wish I had booked elsewhere and not wasted money on this poor service.

On the plus side, the driver was on time and the car was very comfortable. Our journey to Sorrento was smooth and quick. But... when we got there (at 9pm, in the dark and very tired) we were left with our heavy cases at the start of the pedestrianised area with only vague directions to our apartment (we got lost). Worst of all, our driver demanded a tip (in cash) when we came to pay the fare. When I emailed the firm to feed this back I received no reply.

This is a private company- check their website and make your booking. I made one reservation with them from Positano to Naples, 2weeks before the actual reservation day, for 9AM. I will not deny I was nervous if they are trustworthy and we had elders with us. At 8:55 I opened the door and the driver was already there, which left me speechless. Not only he spoke good english but he was very nice dressed and the van was spotless. Very pleased and will use again no doubts
