Great location near Lake Como with a reasonable price. The bathroom is shared and the rooms have no airconditioning. There is a fan in the room though.

Proprietaria disponibile e molto gentile. Pulizia della camera e del bagno impeccabili, ogni mattina erano sempre pulite e ordinate. Letto COMODO!!. Panorama sul lago da invidiare. Consigliatissimo

The place is absolutely a happy place to live in Como. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Every morning she prepares orange juice (no charges) for the visitors and also some small breakfast. The place is close to the lake and a perfect spot to stay. Also it is just 12 mins walking from the station. I will highly recommend this place anyone visiting Como. The rooms are super clean and nice:)

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo. Luogo accogliente, pulitissimo in zona a due passi dal lago. La proprietaria cura ogni dettaglio come, ad esempio, la varietà dei piccoli dettagli che mette a disposizione. Consigliatissimo. Se avremo la possibilità di tornare in quella zona, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

The appartment is near the lake. Everything was very clean. You do have a shared bathroom so do bare that in mind. Summers in Italy can be very hot, we didn't have airconditioning. You do get a fan or can open the window. The house is next to a busy street, so if you open the window, you'll hear a lot of cars passing by.
