Ottimo e molto pulito!

I don't like to give bad reviews, everyone makes mistakes or have a off day but when you are stuck in a hotel room for 14 days for ROM. Can't leave the room and the only lifeline you have, is the hotel phone . When something happens, like you didn't get your order for dinner, that you paid for in advance or the hotel sends your order to the wrong room. The coronation between the Hotel and the Nex Food court is lacking in alot of areas.The Nex Food court wants you to used the app for ordering food but it is different for each store.This information isn't available, until you call. The way things are done isn't right. Remember you are stuck in a room so you would want everything to go smoothly. Not calling the front desk because you never received your food or better yet your dinner was on the floor. The hotel apologized for the food being on the floor and the misunderstanding but the mistakes keep coming.

Nice place, very convenient for my school which was downstairs in the annex by the grill area, but not understanding how they are so packed that I have to find another place to stay in the middle of the week. With no car, this is very inconvenient for me. It's a large hotel so can't understand how they are so packed unless they are overflowing beq into the hotel or just have part of the hotel shut down to make cleanup easier.

I stayed here when on orders to NSA Naples in 2014. I found my room and the facility to be both excellent and very convenient as it was just a very short walk to the NLSO where I worked at during my tour of duty.

I would give it 3.5 stars, really. I generously rounded it up.The small one bedroom aptmt we were given is decent. Well equipped, clean. No complaints. Staff are friendly.Though it's right next to the airfield it is still not noisy - at least on our wing.Everything is working well to include the a/c.What I find pretty bad is that there is not a single, comfortable, attractive outside seating area in the entire complex where you do not sit right in the hallway infront of the elevators and basically outside other people's rooms.The rooms are dark which is good in the south. And therfore it would be nice if there was a small patio on the grounds where you can sit on comfy chairs, covered from view by a few hedges, and enjoy a mild evening or afternoon in the shades. All there is are iron benches or a bit of furniture in the hotel corridors right across from the elevators.I know the Navy needs to watch their money but this could be realized and maintained on a budget.I would say what's missing at this place is a bit of hospitality.
