Grazioso locale tra i vicoli di Amalfi.Ottima qualità prezzo, cucina mediterranea di mare e terra.Sicuramente sono squisite anche le pizze ci passano intorno.Consigliatissimo AAA+++

This is definitely NOT a tourist trap. A very large choice of genuine Italian dishes, all freshly prepared. Prices are low compared to the restaurants in the main street. The effort to climb a few steps will be rewarded.

We stumbled upon this place searching for lunch, it was nice to get off the main busy promenade. It’s set back from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi town.We did enjoy the food, however service was lacking, it got very busy while we were there and they just didn’t seem to be able to manage with the few staff that were there.We asked for things many times before they came, the waiter kept forgetting as he was covering many tables and couldn’t keep up with the demand.Otherwise, food was good and value for money.

Not so bad totally, an ordinary and average pizzeria.Tested so-so (così così).Some of staffs aren't friendly.After payment, they saw us off without any words( Senza salutarci.)Don't care. Ci sono divertiti.

**ATTENTION ALL TOURISTS***Will preface this review by saying that we were chased out of the restaurant by the owner brandishing a large sword/weapon of some sort (gray short hair, fat). I would have called the police if I was in America.AVOID this restaurant at all costs! Worst in Italy and I have been to all major destinations.It was so disgusting and a disgrace to Italian food that we took one bite and immediately attempted to send the food back. After this, we attempted to pay for our drinks and leave because the staff started yelling at us after we demanded to pay our bill with the food removed.At that point, the old gentleman threw our receipt at us and proceeded to go back into the kitchen. He brandished a large weapon of some sort and began shouting at us and making a threatening motion at us. We literally ran out of the restaurant in fear of our lives. He is extremely lucky he was not in America.Avoid this disgusting disgrace of a restaurant and the psychotic violent staff that it employs.

Abbiamo mangiato in 3 a mezzogiorno. La location è suggestiva, alla fine di una scalinata tra i vicoli di Amalfi. Il ristorante è molto pulito, anche i bagni. La pizza è buonissima, come anche i primi, abbiamo preso dei piatti a base di pesce e siamo rimasti contentissimi. Porzioni abbondanti. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente da ritornarci e da raccomandare.

Il locale si trova in un vicoletto su delle scale nel centro di Amalfi. Ha sia i tavoli all'interno che all'esterno nel vicolo stesso. Abbiamo cenato su un tavolo fuori e la pulizia non era delle migliori essendo appunto in una stradina aperta al pubblico (con i residenti che passano tra i tavoli per ritirarsi). Abbiamo ordinato farfalle zucchine e provola, scialatielli alla memè, patate al forno e souté di cozze e vongole. Al tavolo al posto degli scialatielli alla Memé ci arrivano quelli ai frutti di mare, ma il tutto viene subito rimediato senza problemi dal giovanissimo cameriere. Le patate al forno erano un po' crude. Buonissimi gli s. alla Memè e le farfalle zucchine e provola.

Locale pietoso. Eravamo in cinque e ci siamo accomodati all'interno. Ho ordinato una linguina con gli scampi, mio padre una pizza e altri 3 piatti di pasta. La pizza è arrivata per prima, la pasta è arrivata letteralmente 40 minuti dopo. Mio padre aveva già finito la pizza e noi ancora non avevamo ricevuto il piatto. Poi ho avuto la mia famosa pasta con gli scampi: una pasta con i pomodorini e due scampi morti buttati sopra, nessun sapore di scampo poiché non erano stati rotti ma erano ancora interi. La cameriera toglieva i piatti da davanti pratocamente ancora prima di aver finito di mangiare. Niente di positivo, aria condizionata molto vetusta quindi sala interna calda.

Abbiamo mangiato in coppia, antipasto di mare molto scarno considerando i 18 euro di prezzo, il polpo 4 pezzettini c'erano. Antipasto italiano mozzarella non fresca, buona la focaccia nel cestino. Pizza Margherita nella media di forma strana. 8 euro per una peroni in bottiglia è un prezzo fuori mercato. Prezzo medio. Tutto commestibile ma niente di eccelso, il servizio ordinario.

OK experience. We found it hidden away from the main street, menu had loads of options which caught our eye.My husband got pizza and I ordered cannelloni, we got arronchini and fries for sides. The pizza arrived within 5-10min. The fries arrived after 45min & my pasta dish arrived an hour later than the pizza, luckily my husband started to eat. My dish was not cooked, and cold in the centre, so returned. We had to prompt about the arronchini and were informed that the delay for this was due to the fryer needing to be heated up, which didn't make sense as we had received our fries and the table next to us had received their arronchini.The table next to us ordered, ate and paid in the time it took for my pasta to arrive.Servers were working hard, and the head chef (we presumed, who was making pizzas) was aware of what was happening.Husband enjoyed his pizza, I was just unlucky with the pasta.
