Gelato here is the best. The Nutella rates very highly. Crepes are also good. The place has a small seating area which is also handy if you have been on your feet all day. Staff could be friendlier but the ice cream outweighs the service

Gelateria e creperia fantastica...il gelato è buonissimo e il personale preparato, attento alle esigenze del cliente e pronto a prendersi cura dei piu piccoli. Mio figlio era così triste che ne ha preso subito un'altro di gelato, e lo stesso mia moglie; oltretutto ci si può riposare e poi andare a vedere la splendida piazza dell'Anfiteatro che è dietro l'angolo! Veramente consigliata

Very good ice cream; we’ve been having ice creams here almost every other day during our summer stay in Lucca.The staff is very friendly, understands my attempts to speak Italian but luckily also my English and works fast, which, when you’re usually with 5 or more people, is very convenient.It’s also very conveniently located just outside the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro so you can have a delicious ice cream after your dinner.

Delicious ice cream! We stopped by late and so much of the flavours were sold out however the ones that we did pick were amazing.Very reasonably priced at €3 for a medium sized cup, would definitely recommend

Ask for whatever is in season. Right now, the wild strawberry was and paired with cream gelato (at the staff’s recommendation) was perfection. Can’t say enough great things. Delicious!

Workers are clueless. I asked if the Gelato had nuts. They said no. I ate it and it certainly contained nuts. I was very sick and my breathing suffered. I almost went to the hospital. Do not come here if you have any allergy. They don't have a brain.
