I worked at this company for about 4 years. As we did not achieve any corporate objectives for the villas and other departments, we did not continue the collaboration. There is no management system but you only work with old-fashioned file offices. All the staff present has been exploited and the company will always do so in the future because there is a chief manager at the head who only wants to take money from all customers.I put a star for my colleagues who endure such behavior. In addition, there is a couple in the office in charge who are not normal and reliable people.

Does not show up to transport you. Does not answer emails in a timely manner and does not have any person to respond to phone calls after their business hours and you are stuck in an airport waiting for their person to show up to transport you, but they never show, you have no way of getting ahold of them.

Would not recommend to anyone if you value reliability with your transport in Italy. YPI was a vendor contracted through Costco Travel.Our driver did not show up for our transport from our hotel to the airport.They claimed that their driver had mechanical issues, but we gave YPI our contact number in advance but no one ever called to tell us or our hotel about the delay. We luckily were able to hail a cab which we had to pay out of pocket for a substantial amount. When we called their “emergency number” we got an after hours voicemail.When we notified YPI, they admitted their mistake but offered only to refund what we had paid for the service through Costco. The amount paid through Costco was less than what we had to pay for the cab. When we appealed to Costco, YPI refused to pay to cover the difference (a couple hundred dollars)We are lucky we did not miss our flight since the costs would have been exponentially higher and we would have been out substantially more.If you want a transport service that is reliable and accountable, look elsewhere.

This way the company we used for transport from the airport in Rome to our hotel and then from our hotel in Venice to the Venice Airport. They were professional and exceeded expectations. We will definitely book through Your Private Italy again if we get to go back.

Carmine drove us from Rome to Sorrento and is one of the best drivers I've ever had around the world. If you can request a driver because he is amongst the best!

Seth is the absolute best. Every single thing he booked for us was perfect. Every driver we had was not only on time, but super early. The private boat transfers he booked were amazing. He is also super responsive via email. His restaurant recommendations were amazing too. Thank you for everything Seth!!!!

I am disgusted. We booked this company through costco travel. We arrived at our scheduled flight time but our bags were on a flight scheduled to land an hour after us. Their policy allows for a 90 minute wait time, and we agreed to pay for additional time for the driver to wait for about an hour. Since we arrived late at night, I tried contacting the office via phone and email to let them know our flight was delayed. I met the driver to show him the lost luggage paperwork and spoke with his boss to confirm we can pay for extra time. About 10 minutes later, the boss calls back and tells the driver that he can’t wait and that we either need to leave now or he has to go. The boss all of a sudden couldn’t speak or understand English, even though he spoke it perfectly earlier. He gave no explanation and the driver left. When I emailed to explain, the driver had lied to the company saying our bags were scheduled to arrive at 11pn, which we never said! They also gave some condescending response about how they don’t have an “infinite number of drivers”, even though their policy clearly states that we can pay for additional time due to flight delays or lost luggage. So we had to pay 70 euros for a taxi even though we already paid for transfer services.I have complained to Costco travel as well. Since this is their only contracted transfer company I’m Rome, I will not book another Rome package through them.

Our arranged car service for pickup at the Rome airport never showed up. We were also informed the driver lied and said we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. This never happened. We instead had to get a taxi ride to our hotel. Then our driver for transfer to the airport refused to take our luggage because he said it would not fit. We are now sitting in a Toyota Prius taxi that we had to once again arrange ourselves because the company left us stranded again. The luggage fit no problem in a small Prius. Unacceptable after pre-paying hundreds of dollars for a service.

First rate. We used YPI four times during out trip to Italy, three times for transfers and once for a private drive on the Amalfi Coast.In every case the drivers were Punctual (including a 3:30 AM pickup for our flight home), knowledgeable, courteous, and (by Italian standards) calm drivers.The cars were clean, large and comfortable.

We had 4 different drivers in different cities throughout our trip, and all were friendly and professional. We had issues with a delayed flight and the administrative team at the office was prompt and helpful in their replies. A member of our party had back issues and requested a couple of unplanned stops to stretch, and the driver was happy to oblige. Thank you to all as the excellent service was greatly appreciated.
