Great location. Streets nearby that T closed on weekends. Music being played outside window. So nice. Apartment was fully stocked. New appliances and more. Bologna is the best! I would return again. Great experience.

Location molto suggestiva in pieno centro , sotto le torri , vista mozzafiato dalle finestre . Gli appartamenti ( ne ho visitati 4 ) sono tutti curati nei minimi particolari con finiture di lusso . Letti con materassi comodissimi , tv in ogni camera , bagni super funzionali e moderni . Cucine accessoriate e arredi moderni e accoglienti con pezzi di design molto carini e colorati . Si percepisce che è tutto frutto di un attento lavoro di realizzazione condito con passione e amore . Brave ! Tutte ! E grazie

First of all, the ladies from Adriano Residence are fantastic: super organised, friendly and helpful. They sent me the code for the gate and the apartment door by e-mail prior to my arrival, printed train tickets for me and organised a cab to pick me up at a certain location on Sunday when the historic center was closed for cars. The apartment is in a great location right in the middle of the historic center of Bologna at walking distance from everything (shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, museums, language school, train station). It's a five-star location, hard to beat. The apartment is entirely renovated. Everything looks pretty new. The bathroom is a little small, but modern (in style and age, meaning also that it is very clean). The apartment itself is quite spacious and perfect for 1-2 people. For more than that I guess it would be too crowded. I stayed there alone for eight days while attending a language course in Bologna. For me it was an excellent choice. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher and a washing machine / dryer. There were only two things that I did not appreciate: I found the mattress too soft (but this is, of course, a matter of taste) and the apartment can be very loud when the apartment next door is occupied. Luckily in my case this only happened in the weekends. During the week I was under the impression of being alone in the entire house, but in the weekends, especially in the second one (my last two nights) I could hear every word the folks next door were saying (I tried to see the bright side of it, as it allowed me to continue to practice my listening skills in Italian :-))and the music. I understand that the house is an old palazzo that was transformed in holiday flats, I just found a pity that during the renovation process (which was visibly done with a lot of attention to details quality) nobody seems to have thought about isolating the walls. In any case, apart from the two noisy nights all went very well.

the absolute perfect location!! So central for everything and the most amazing view of the twin towers. Huge apartment, even let us check in two hours early because the apartment was ready. Excellent and convenient luggage storage for our last day following check out. Fantastic little coffee shop and pastries in the galleria underneath!! absolutely perfect for breakfasts, which we had everyday. Honestly couldn’t fault the place and the staff were super attentive and adorable. Book to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

What a perfect location, heart of the city with the two towers right outside our window. That said, it was a quiet, clean, and a very comfortable space. Just perfect after easy forays out to explore the city; you are within walking distance of so many things. Very responsive staff, and a special thank you for rescuing us" when we locked ourselves out of the safe! Would highly recommend."

Fantastic location - from the living room window, you lean out over the Piazza di Porta Ravegnana, facing the two leaning towers that are the trademark of Bologna. Restaurants, shops, galleries, museums abound. This is a spacious, luxury apartment - excellent air conditioning, full-size refrigerator and kitchen facilities, comfortable new furnishings.

Appartamento delizioso, confortevole, ben arredato e completo di ogni accessorio. Posizione centralissima con vista sulle Due Torri. La Manager CARLOTTA accogliente, gentilissima e disponibile. Sicuramente tornerò !
