Great company. We rented an apt in Ortisei thru apt4holiday and they were very patient and helpful. They answered our questions and guided us along to get us situated. They also gave us suggestion on where to rent bikes.

We arrived at the Muse Office after taking the train, bus, and walking from Merano. Google maps directed us to the wrong building nearby where a woman apologized as this has happened a number of times. She pointed us on our way where we waited 45 minutes for the office to reopen after their two-hour lunch hour. With multiple employees who could stagger their lunch hours to be there for customers arriving many different ways, it would really have been nice (and possible) to have the office open all day. The person who greeted us first asked Do you have a copy of the PDF we sent you?" We had been traveling for a month through four other countries and didn't have it so we asked if she would print it for us

Had a great experience with this company. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. All of the staff were very nice and super helpful and the place we stayed at in Ortisei was excellent. Would definitely use their services again and can’t wait to come back to the area again to explore some more.
