Très accueillant

We stayed at Dantes place for a week. We are a family of 5 - mom, dad and 3 kids under 5 years. We did not have a car and relied on buses and trains to get around. The Good: Dante and Erika are amazing hosts. From the extended time showing us around the apartment and answering questions at check-in, to helping us with carseats we had shipped to La Spezia, to coming to rescue us from the parking lot when we were leaving and forgot to move the car to the over side of the gate before returning the keys. Communication was easy and always quick. They are very lovely and thoughtful hosts. They even left us some starter items like drinks in the fridge, laundry and dish soap, WINE and cooking items. The apartment itself is well situated to the bus, there are several stops and many different buses that run by. We didn't have any issue getting around without a car and we visited Pisa, Cinque Terre (x2), and Portoverne (our fave). There are a couple of playgrounds nearby for the kids and Dante also gave us the name of an indoor play place that we went to on a rainy day. It was great for the kids. The apartment had lots of space for all of us and we were very comfortable. It was a bonus being able to do a couple quick loads of laundry as well, because kids. The apartment is on the 8th floor so the view is great and there is very little traffic noise. We could hear the odd train and ambulance though. The bad: there's not much bad...with the shower there is just enough hot water for 2 showers back to back, the master bed is more firm than we prefer (but it was still okay), and the area that the apartment is in is a little rougher around the edges compared to being right in the centre of town with all the nice shops and restaurants. That said, we never had any issues. Overall it was a great place to stay, with awesome hosts, in a good location to visit many different places, at a great value for the money. We highly recommend.

Il signor Dante, ci ha accolto con gentilezza oltre l'orario prestabilito, e si è reso disponibile, in caso avessimo avuto bisogno! La nostra famiglia è composta da 4 persone, e l'appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso, luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per la colazione e per l'igiene personale di tutta la famiglia!Ci ha messo a disposizione acqua, birra e coca-cola in frigo e condimenti per primi piatti e per condire l'insalata! Ci ha dato molti depliants per girare La Spezia, le famose Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lericie dintorni, sia con I mezzi pubblici che con la macchina e consigli su dove pranzare o cenare!Dall' appartamento si gode un'ottima vista panoramica sul porto e sulle zone circostanti!La zona è a 5 minuti di macchina da un grosso centro commerciale, e vicina a molti supermercati.Consigliamo volentieri questo appartamento, e credo che ci torneremo per poter visitare bene le bellissime Cinque Terre!
