This company deserves less than one star. This is the WORST tour company ever. This is such a waste of time and money. Please do not use this tour company, the people are absolutely rude and unprofessional. Anna is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met, many people have complained about her, so I don’t know why she is still working there because if anything she’s a big reason why people have decided to never go on tour with this company. This is a very unorganized tour. I don’t understand how they are still open. All the people in the tour were absolutely unhappy with this. THEY ARE SUPER BAD & THIS IS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE !!

This trip that FlorenceForFun planned was absolutely terrible. I am completely disappointed. The entire day was a complete waste of money and most importantly a complete waste of time. My sister and I wanted to visit all the beautiful towns in cinque terre but we only got, at most, 2 hours to see one town in which we never planned to visit. In a trip that we were supposed to enjoy from 9:30am-6:30pm, we only got to semi enjoy 2 hours of it. The trains were on strike and this agency knew very well about it and did not inform us about it. We were forced to pay extra money to go on a ferry in which we did not enjoy at all because I get sea sick easily and the view was not pretty at all. We wasted 50 euros on that ferry. We waited hours and hours for the guide to get our train tickets and when that didn’t work out we had to wait another hour for him to get our ferry tickets. We arrived in cinque terre at 9:30 and we wasted 5 hours doing absolutely nothing. When we finally got to the beach we only had at most 2 hours to enjoy before we had to go back. Everybody in the group was absolutely disappointed and angry because the entire day was a waste. We didn’t even get to visit the popular towns of cinque terre which was my purpose in visiting cinque terre in the first place. If the agency have told us about the strike or have given us an alternative solution, then at least I would not be furious about the fact that they have wasted my time and money and have given us a terrible tour. To anyone considering traveling to other parts of Italy with this agency, DO NOT. You will be greatly disappointed as I was and many others. Do not waste your time and money with this agency. This agency is extremely unorganized and terrible. They will do whatever as long as they get their money. They do not care if you did not enjoy your experience because at the end of the day they will get paid. They cheated me and many others as well. They don’t even have the integrity to own up to their responsibilities and give us a refund. I highly recommend you go anywhere but here because florence for fun is false advertising and will only end up stealing your time and money.

My friends and I booked a tour for the Venice Redentore Festival through Florence for Fun.This trip was not organized at all. There was zero free time and the entire trip was rushed. The Redentore festival is something I have wanted to attend for many years. I thought it would be a nice idea to book through Florence for Fun, but I certainly regret it. The female tour guide that was walking at the back of the tour was constantly yelling at me and my friends for stopping to take pictures. The entire tour" was not organized.Every time we asked a question about the history of a building

Every single travel experience with Anna and her team at FlorenceForFun has been a memorable and fulfilling experience. Anna goes out of her way to educate guests of the new cities they are visiting and provides tons of free ways to visit and experience a new city. The entire company is fun and goes above and beyond to make your experience as fun and memorable as they possibly can. The other companies based out of Florence are huge and do not provide to you the dedicated service that FlorenceForFun offers. There were a few other trips that I wanted to do but FFF unfortunately did not offer. Anna made an effort to plan a trip for me (including my transportation) without me having to lift a single finger. She made my abroad experience 10x better by being so approachable and doing anything and everything she could for us. I would ALWAYS recommend FlorenceForFun to individuals going abroad.

Three friends and I signed up to travel to the Amalfi Coast with FFF in April (265 euro value).-7-hour bus ride to Sorrento with NO DVD PLAYER that was promised-Dinner on the way there and back was at a gas station-2.4 star hotel (Hotel Cavour) with reviews about dead bodies"; no heat or hot water during first night; stink bug in one of the beds-Breakfast was limited pieces of bread

FlorenceForFun is just amazing! Anna is the kindest person I know, and her trips are insanely fun! She is so knowledgeable about all things involving leisure. If you need a great restaurant, good wine tour, spa or a good getaway, Anna is the woman to go to! She has never let me or any of my friends down. She is so friendly with the locals everywhere she goes, and has great connections! I highly recommend her!

Anna McNeil was extremely rude when I spoke to her. She said that finding bugs inside our bed sheets was completely normal. However the covers were completely tucked in so how could the bugs from outside get inside the sheets. When we left to get a new hotel at 2:30 am and our tour guides assured us that we would get reimbursed. When confronted the owner, Anna, she said they never promised that. We were promised a limoncello tasting, and it never happened. When we brought this up to her she said the school had the wrong itinerary, but they had this up on their website. She sarcastically said, “Would you like a shot of limoncello right now?” She dismissed everything that we said and said she was in the middle of sending an email to us but have not received an email yet. We were talking in circles the entire time. Said that having wet towels at 2:30 am was normal. Stated that she has never had a problem there and has been staying there for over 10 years, yet reviews online state otherwise. If I could give zero stars I would.

I don't think I can say enough great things about Florence For Fun and their Staff. Throughout my time in Florence, I booked a majority of my trips through Florence For Fun blindly without any prior knowledge of their company. All I knew is that they offered trips around Europe for study abroad students, and they offered fly in and bus trips to those locations.With FFF, me and my friends (usually 6 of us) went to Interlaken Switzerland, Barcelona Spain, The Almafi Coast Italy, and Munich Germany. Those trips were the highlight of my entire study abroad experience. Their staff became our friends and our Go-To for everything we could possibly need. In fact, on the trips that we regrettably didn't book through FFF, we found ourselves meeting up with FFF's staff because they offered the best suggestions, knew the areas the best, and were BY FAR the most fun.If you're studying abroad in Florence and want to travel Europe, 100% go with Florence For Fun. You wont regret it.
