If I could give -5 stars I would.The items are nice but the shop assistant, I presume is called Roberta has a miserable and despicable attitude.I am lady mid 40 and I took a customer of mine after explaining the arts and showing pieces of the gallery in Capri. The young Roberta has no manners, does not know the basics of “respect your elders”, no acknowledgment that every individual and professional should be treated with respect and good manners.Nevertheless she lacks training on how be smily, informative and assertive if a negative answer is meant to be delivered.I discourage people to be dismissed by such a pretentious and rude person.If you like the art of this gallery, as anyway Roberta cannot be bother to write names of artists, mention title of paintings etc please refer to other locations like Capri, Anacapri where the staff knows the basics of how to treat other human beings.
