Pasta Class Florence
We had such a great time at this class. Marco explained everything he was doing, the food was so good!! It probably was the best meal my wife and I had on this trip. Also the wine was flowing!! He would top you off or if he was busy you can help yourself. I would give this class more than 5 stars if google allowed me!! It was such a blast!! We will most likely take this class again if we are in the area. Please please give him a try if you are looking to do a cooking class in Florence.Marco thank you so much!! We had a great time!!!

Pasta Class Florence
This class is a must do for anyone interested in pasta, food, or authentic Italian cooking! Marco is a phenomenally talented chef with experience in some of the world's greatest restaurants. He was fun, entertaining, and a great teacher! Our group unanimously agreed it was the highlight of our trip to Florence. I will definitely be back for more!

Our experience with Marco was absolutely incredible! This was the first thing I booked via Airbnb experiences when I knew we were going to Italy for our honeymoon. Marco was so welcoming and kind to the group. He shared his love and knowledge of food, and made the class so fun. We made three pastas, and each were perfect! Some of the best food we had in our two weeks in Italy. Marco, thank you so much for hosting us and giving us recipes to take home. I will never use boxed pasta again!!

Pasta Class Florence
The pasta class was one of our favorite experiences on our recent trip to Florence. Marco was informative and entertaining and we learned life-changing cooking skills from him! He made everything looks so easy! Best of all was the food…and the wine of course! Our pasta creations rivaled most of the fancy dinners we had on our trip, and everyone in our group was lovely as well. I highly recommend this experience!

Marco was such a fun and engaging chef. He wanted all of us to succeed and share his beloved culture, with others, through food. My 18 yo son and I met new friends from Ecuador, Calgary, Dallas and Brooklyn while bonding over amazing food and wine. Highly recommend, 5-Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pasta Class Florence
My husband and I took this class on our honeymoon and had such a great time and ate so much amazing food! We’ve made some of the pasta and sauces on our own and they transport us back to Florence every time. Our only regret is not asking Marko where he’s a chef so we could have visited him for another dinner. We’ll absolutely be coming back to this class the next time we’re in Italy.

Such a fun and interesting afternoon crafting some beautiful pasta dishes. Marco was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable and the group of 10 was a real pleasure. Highly recommend this when visiting Florence. Plenty to eat and drink and excellent value. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Marco & team.

Pasta Class Florence
A perfect way to spend the evening in Florence. We made 3 types of pasta, filled and unfilled, and were taught how to make 3 different sauces. The class was not only fun but informative and I picked up many good cooking tips. The food at the end was phenomenal, even though none of us had ever made pasta before. Andrea was the best teacher as well! PS be prepared because our group really let the wine flow.

This class surpassed my expectations. I left feeling confident that I can attempt making the pastas and sauces at home. The chef/instructor communicated well and make a good connection with participants. The classroom is simple yet effectively designed, allowing for 10 participants. The entire evening was a lot of fun. It is a good value.

Unique and very fun experience making pasta with chef Michele! Our family had such an enjoyable time and chef made making pasta so simple. He was very patient, entertaining and charismatic. And his food, omg it’s probably the best pasta we’ve eaten in our entire 2 weeks in Italy, serious. The fresh pasta we made were delicious and the sauces he cooked them in (made from scratch) tasted insane. Cannot recommend his class enough!
