YOGA GARDA LAKE
Ich habe bei Elisa das SUP Yoga gebucht und die Yoga Session am morgen auf dem Gelände vom Wwwind Square direkt am See mit super Ausblick. Elisa ist sehr professionell und bietet ein umfangreiches Programm. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with Elisa on our SUP trip to the castle of Malcesine. The group consisted of first timers only so she took the extra time for an introductory lesson which was really helpful. As a bonus she tooks lots a pictures of us! A well spent late afternoon which I can recommend to anyone interested in supping.

YOGA GARDA LAKE
I followed an entire yoga course with Elisa during the summer. Her teaching method is amazing and mix asana, pranayama, mudra and yoga nidra with a strictly connection with Ayurveda and Tantra tradition, all seasoned with cheerfulness and lightheartedness. More over her sup experience with full moon is the perfect conclusion of a vacation in Garda lake. Not to be missed.

Sono quasi 3 anni che seguo Elisa nelle sue attività yoga e sup yoga. Non posso fare altro che consigliare a tutti di provare le sue lezioni, per raggiungere il proprio benessere psicofisico. Elisa è davvero un'ottima insegnate, competente, paziente e (cosa non da poco) sempre sorridente.
