Renovated rooms, modern decoration, good service and great location.

I gotta say that this was an excellent choice hotel for our 3-day stay in Rome this January. My husband and I love walking when we travel and this location was perfect. It is right next to Piazza Navona and minutes away from every other main attraction (walking) and only 20 minutes to the Vatican City, we really enjoyed it. And even one of the days we came back early to freshen up (around 6pm), one of the amazing ladies that work there brought us some Prosecco and chips as aperitivo (see picture). This is included every day as much as you want but since we were never there we only enjoyed it once. Very clean and neat, great service overall!!!

This hotel is excellently located in the middle of all the places you need to visit in Rome. Close enough to walk to the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Spagna, Via Del Corso, Ancient Ruins. Piazza Navona is merely steps away from the hotel's doorstep. Roma Termini station is a quick taxi ride away, and the start of the taxi queue is right around the corner. Restaurants abound in the area, with all different price ranges. The icing on the cake is the very well versed and attentive front desk staff, Sara and Cristina! It made all the difference knowing they are just a call or email away for whatever assistance you may need.Drawbacks are limited to the fact that the property is on the 3rd level (4th level in US standard) of a restored building. There is an updated vintage elevator that made going up a lot easier. Take the stairs going down, no big deal. The entrance has no big marquee, so you would need to look for the door bell panel for #20 Via Zanardelli.

La ubicación es excelente ya que puedes desplazarte andando al Vaticano, a Plaza Navonna etc. El trato personal excelente. Hemos estado 4 días y en próximas visitas, no dudaremos en volver.

Excellent service. They could not have actually have done anymore for us. Great place to stay and great location. Would recommend.

I love this small boutique property. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! Wonderful people. The owner Marzia also owns Campo Marzio where I have also stayed. Gens Luxury Suites is steps from Piazza Navonna and a taxi stand (very useful) It is in an old building with one of those teeny tiny elevators. Our room had HUGE vaulted ceilings and a wonderful hot shower with good pressure (a rarity I find in this city) The people who run it are just so lovely! Sara runs the front desk and is great. It's small...more than a B and B and not quite a hotel. They do have maps and will give you WONDERFUL advice about where to go and what to do. They really care. If you want 24 hour room service and a doorman this is not your place but if you want a fantastic location in a lovely boutique setting this is the way to go.

Not a bad place to stay but a bit disappointing. The room was pretty good and had most of what was promised but the luxury has faded a bit and is due for a refurbishment.We had no WiFi for 5 days. They told us there was a problem that would be fixed the day we left, but we suspect that was spin and in fact they've just got a bad WiFi service.Good location. Nice friendly service from some staff and perfunctory service from others.We're not likely to go back unfortunately.

Terrible experience...bad service..., small room than expected, poor breakfast, no wi fi throughout the stay.. and the closet collapsed just when I closed the closet door.. the hotel staff managed the issue badly.. had to checkout earlier in order not to ruin my vacation
