Excellent customer service and very convenient laundry service.

We were traveling from the US and were fortunate to find this place. We received the kindest help from the young man who seemed to run the place. It’s a small facility so just plan slightly ahead if possible although he’s so kind he’d probably go out of his way to accommodate you if he was able. We paid $23 Euro for a 1 large load, 1 small load, extra drying time and $3 extra so he’d put it in the dryer for us and we could leave. He specializes in full service but was more than willing to help ‘self service’.

Just went here and had a fantastic experience! The owners are so nice and helpful and speak English! It was 20 euro for same day service for 11 kg of laundry. Also it was all folded and sorted by the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!

We've been in Europe for 2 weeks now and have gone through most of our clean clothes. The hotel we're staying in wanted to charge us north of $300 to have our pieces individually washed. I found these guys on Google, read their five-star reviews and my decision was made! For 25€ they washed, dried, folded, and packaged an entire hamper full (about 30 lbs) of dirty laundry...all within hours! Dropped it off at 8:00 in the morning and picked it up just after 5:00 in the afternoon. I cannot speak highly enough about their service and professionalism! I wish I was staying here longer to try out there full-service cleaning!

So fast with their service it’s ridiculous. Were on vacation and all though they are a self service laundry provider if you pay on an extra 3 euro to get the workers help. They put your clothes in for wash and dry whilst you’re out exploring and also fold everything for you. For extra you can get some extra work for your clothes if they are damaged ect. Great shop and definitely will be coming back if we ever come back here!!
