We stopped here in the summer as I had a purse I purchased for my mom 10 years previously. The swivels on the shoulder strap had worn out. With our limited communication skills, they understood that the sentimentality of the purse. They took it immediately and repaired it: replacing the swivels with stronger newer ones. They did not charge me anything and everything was done quickly without any worry. Such a great experience. Thank you for this kindness.
