Easy to book with the app but not easy to find even if it's close to the Duomo. Take care that the Bounce Storage is located downstairs of a residential and anonymous building, with no street number and no visible sign ! Your luggage is guarded in a safe place by a welcoming staff (Italian and English spoken).

Okay overall. Very confusing to find. Please see photo attached for the location. It is within the ‘Hobby Fumo’ restaurant. The restaurant also has nice sandwiches!

Easy to pay online and use. Staff were really helpful and let us store our coats as well as bags. Excellent location with Duomo in sight!

They had a lot of places and the two my boyfriend and I used worked out perfectly! The hotels were super nice and totally knew what they were doing. I would 100% recommend to leave stuff in Italy.

Was very conveniently located in the centre, but very difficult to find. The Bounce service is run by a hotel as a second thought and seemed to be inconvenient to the staff. It would be best to advertise that it isn't an actual Bounce store but run by the hotel.The hotel staff were lovely, although very stressed.

I used the service for a very brief time, but check-in was fast with the app and the guys were very kind and polite. Take note that the Bounce place for the check-in is directly inside the Aparthotel dei Mercanti" hotel
