Agriturismo recentemente ristrutturato, molto belli gli appartamenti.È presente un'area comune ben attrezzata con a disposizione bevande fresche, a pagamento, e una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, sempre a pagamento.Una zona solarium con sdraio ubicata in un bel prato sopra al posteggio, coperto, fornita di tavoli, panche e barbecue con giochi per bambini.Lì vicino un recinto con asinelli, galline e conigli.Un po' scomodo per i servizi, bisogna sempre utilizzare l'auto ma, per chi vuole, lì vicino c'è la fermata dell'autobus con i biglietti forniti dalla struttura.

We are a family of 2 adults 2 young children and we stayed at Balgnerhof, in the Fichte apartment for 4 nights in May. We chose Balgnerhof based on the pictures we see online here on red rooster and was very glad that we are not disappointed at all. The apartment is very stylish, new, modern and very well equipped. Very spacious for 4 of us and the 3 beds are very comfortable. The 2 washrooms are also very nicely renovated and modern. It is very clean too and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal; utensils, woks, pans, plates, wine glasses, cups and a full size dishwasher. There is trampoline, table tennis, foosball table for you to use. There are animals that the children can pat and feed too. This was our favourite accomodation among our 18 night holiday in Italy and is very value for money. I will recommend this farm stay to anyone. Karin is very friendly and accomodating, we would love to return to stay at Balgnerhof again when we have a chance! LOVE IT!

Nuovissima struttura veramente molto bella. Posizione panoramica e strategica a 15 minuti da ortisei e 15 da chiusa.

Una esperienza davvero positiva, a partire dal luogo incantevole in cui si trova, all'alloggio spazioso e pulito completo di tutti i comfort, per non parlare del giardino con barbecue a disposizione per gli ospiti. I proprietari sono persone incantevoli ed attenti. Lo consiglio per chi ha bisogno di vivere una esperienza di tranquillità in mezzo alla natura.

Struttura fantastica !!!! Design moderno ma caldo e accogliente. Eccellente la pulizia e la gentilezza e disponibilita' del personale. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione sia per raggiungere Bolzano che Bressanone che distano entrambi un mezz'oretta di macchina. Consigliatissimo.

Eine ruhig, aber nicht abseits gelegene, neu errichtete (2017) Anlage mit drei Ferienwohnungen.Wir hatten das Apartment „Zirbe“, was für zwei Personen angenehm groß ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Passend für die WM gibt es einen großen Fernseher. Ein Balkon mit herrlichem Blick, eine Dach- sowie eine Sonnenterrasse laden zum draußen Sitzen ein. Es gibt zudem einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum plus Balkon; das gesamte Raumangebot auf dem Hof ist großzügig - man findet also immer ein gemütliches Plätzchen.Neben einem Brötchenservice kann man auch hofeigene Produkte erwerben, sei es frische Milch oder Eier. Es steht eine (kostenpflichtige) Waschmaschine samt Trockner bereit; weitere Kleinigkeiten wie ein Abstellregal für Wanderschuhe erhöhen weiter den Komfort. Für das Auto steht ein überdachter Abstellplatz bereit.Die Vermieter sind herzliche Menschen, die sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste einsetzen. Alles in allem ist der Preis für das Gebotene mehr als angemessen. Wir haben uns in unseren zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Balgnerhof guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
