ステファノはとても親切で面白く、私達は本当に有意義な時間を過ごす事ができました。山にキノコを取りに行って、それを一緒に調理したり、日本ではできない体験をたくさんできました。また、駅までの送り迎えやローマ観光のアドバイスまでも、本当に親切にして頂きました。

My boyfriend and me went on our first international trip together, additionally it was his first experience with Couchsurfing ever. In this week that we travelled through Italy we saw and experienced many things (amongst which was visiting the Musei Vaticani for free, possible only through Stefano's help!), but what was the highlight and made this journey absolutely unique and unforgettable was staying with Stefano at his OrtodDio farm!We stayed for three nights, one night longer than I originally had requested. In those days we were able to discover Rome and in the morning and the night shared a great time with Stefano and also got to know his kind friend Giusy.Stefano prepared delicious food with homegrown ingredients, drove us to and picked us up from the bus station every day and the best of it all: performed his music for us.Of course, Borgo Quinzio is a bit far from the center of Rome, but living on the countryside was a great balance to everyday's bustle that we experienced in Rome.Smelling this beautifully clear and fresh air and witnessing the most stunning thunderstorm will be a memory I will quite regularly look back on and miss here in Germany.Stefano is a crazily and madly cool, hospitable and helpful guy, who does the best he can for his guests. We definitely suggest to stay with him. His autonoumus and consume critical way of life definitely serves as an inspiration and motivation for our personal life.Thank you!

Stefano è una persona gentile e divertente! L'esperienza di passeggiare nel bosco alla ricerca di asparagi è stata bellissima, e poi abbiamo cucinato un risotto meraviglioso! una persona affascinante e ospitale

Quando penso alle persone che stanno silenziosamente cambiando il mondo penso allo Shamano, che con l OrtodDio sta attuando la sua piccola rivoluzione verde, per me l OrtodDio é stata una scuola di pensiero e lo shamano un maestro oltre che un gran cuoco (se magna da ddio) riesce a trovarti colazione pranzo e cena in 100m2Se consiglio di andare a fare un esperienza li?ORTODDIO!!!

beautiful place, where you can enjoy Stefano's fantastic teachings on herbs and mushrooms. there is the possibility to spend a day or the whole weekend in its accommodation. I recommend calling to book!

Il posto è molto bello, perfetto per trascorrere un po' di tempo in tranquillità e in ottima compagnia. Il proprietario (Stefano) è una persona meravigliosa e vi farà sentire sin da subito a casa vostra.
