Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar
A 5 star experience from the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The mixologist has many signature cocktails of which several were tried. The appetizers and main courses are all prepared and presented beautifully. All topped off by the best apple strudel you will ever taste (make sure you pair it with the recommended red dessert wine!!!). I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant. Bon appetite.

Great Hotel. Very modern with lots of hidden areas on the ground floor for taking a coffee and a paper. Rooftop bar has internal restaurant with a very good menu choices and bar, going through to outside rooftop decking with about 8 tables and canopies. Walk to the end for the best views and privacy in their tiny garden area surrounded by window boxes of mature herbs, mint, basil, parsley, cucumber, wild strawberry. Very professional and sharp service. No service without reservation, even just for drinking...

Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar
We went here for our two-year wedding anniversary and were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. The food was amazingly good, as were the drinks. We also tried the special cocktails crafted by barkeeper Maurizio Zuddio - they were great as well. I especially liked the 'Queen Elizabeth'.We would always go here again and probably will when we visit Rome in the future.

Amazing food and drinks with great atmosphere at the top of a wonderful hotel. We went up for cocktails to watch the sunset and were not disappointed. We didn't have a reservation but the food looked so good we asked about a table. Even though they were full they were more than happy to accommodate us at a bar table. The food was outstanding and the cocktails were a great accompaniment. Can highly recommend the Ermes and the white chocolate martini cocktails! The pork and salmon starters were fantastic and the mains of ravioli and tuna steak were divine. Will definitely revisit next time we are in Rome!

Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar
Really nice restaurant, would definitely recommend a visit. Food was amazing, probably one of the best I've tasted so far. Special mention to our waiter Valentino who's knowledge of pairing the wine to our choice of food was second to none. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant on our next trip to Rome.

We've been there twice. Two days in a raw because the vibe and the service were to good not to try it again. The staff was really nice, friendly and very well prepared, Maurizio, the bartender, makes great cocktails and reflects his experience in great cup of spirits. The staff from the reception was also really helpful and nice. A place that we recommend. We will defenitely come back here. Very good food, great drinks, friendly and well prepared staff. Thank you! P.S: you should definitely try the Tagliata di Manzo, one of the best!

Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar
A lovely experience on this scenic rooftop, beautiful of the city surroundings. We were able to sit on the patio a long time having wine before our table was ready, we never felt rushed or hurried to get on with our reservation. Food was delicious, with a good portion size. Service was hit and miss, sometimes felt like we were ignored maybe too much. Still recommend for a lovely night out.
