Its a good hotel at an affordable price with an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast was out of this world! I strongly recommend!

Hotel molto carino. Le camere sono ordinate e super pulite, si vede la cura nei dettagli. L’unica pecca è il fatto che non si capisca bene come si gestisca il riscaldamento, anche se la temperatura è ottima.La Spa è piccola ma con i servizi principali. Essendoci dei numeri limitati all’ingresso tramite prenotazione si riesce tranquillamente a fare tutto.Il ristorante all’interno dell’hotel è ottimo! Prezzi adeguati e cibo eccellente, hanno anche una vasta carta di vini.La colazione è molto fornita e con varietà di scelta.Lo staff è molto gentile, disponibile e preparato.L’hotel inoltre offre una vista eccezionale sulle Dolomiti, sicuramente tornerò se passerò di qui!

The hotel is rated 4 stars because of its amenities (many!) but it looks more like a 3 stars. The outside needs some love, refresh the paint. The lobby is small and filled with kitsch items, unnecessary furniture, front desk too. I'd suggest a better care of the entrance as it really turned me off, a wider and cleaner presentation with a chromatic palette would make it look much better. The staff was available and courteous all the time but the website is really deceiving. I had understood that the hotel had two adjacent spas one with a big pool, what a disappointment to find out the pool spa is in another building and there is an hourly price to pay to get in. Another thing to mention is the spa at the hotel is free but only for an hour and you have to book. The saunas were too hot the first day and i passed out falling hard on the floor getting out of the humid one. The second day after maintenance they went back to the right temperature. The spa is clean and has a lot of showers and towels, ice and tea available. Again, staff was lovely. The restaurant has a very diverse and varied menu and the food is hight quality. The first time we ate there after 10 minutes we ordered we got informed that some of the foods were not available. The waiter should know that. Moreover the second course was cold meaning it had been warmed before hand and sat waiting to be served.A huge thumbs up in regards to breakfast. The variety of food presented was amazing. At least 5 home made delicious cakes, fresh BlackBerry juice, eggs ham and mozzarella, croissants, vegan and gluten free options available. Bravo!In conclusion, my expectations were way higher for this hotel because the website presents it in a better version than the actual. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Bellissimo albergo con splendida vista sulle DolomitiPiccola Spa ma molto molto carina.Colazione e cena super.Peccato perché non c'è l'aria condizionata in camera.Camere molto belle , pulite.Bagno privato in camera molto bello e pulitoDa ritornare

Great view out of hotel window. Overall nice hotel with very reasonable price. If rated 3 stars, then it's over expectation; however as four star there's bit more expected.Breakfast: big selection of pastries, but some salad/tomatoes would be nice.Room: 4-star level, Netflix on tvWellness: reservation needed, one hour is allowed. ATTENTION: there's no swimming pool , someone uploaded two pictures of swimming pool which is very misleading!! Sauna, steam bath, whirlpool are provided.

Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo molto di più... Ho preso una junior suite e sinceramente non aveva niente della suite, piccola, niente di che. Mettiamo poi che il sabato mattina alle 6,45 è partito l'allarme antincendio svegliando tutto l'hotel. Vabbè, sfiga. La spa veramente piccola, anche se piacevole. Colazione buona ma gli spazi erano sacrificati. Insomma, deludente, ma comunque sufficiente.
