Baglioni Hotel Regina

My friends and I had to stay in two separate hotels due to logistics our only night in Rome. They stayed at the Hotel Baglioni. We arrived with them before transport to our hotel. We arrived and we’re greeted by Hotel staff and were treated like royalty even though we were not guests and just waiting for our friends to get checked in. They even gave us a tour while we waited. They called us a taxi and even took care of our luggage until the taxi arrived. Their attitude and professionalism made us want to stay and they have earned our future business. We will definitely make sure to reserve this hotel well in advance the next trip.

Our stay was just fabulous. We cannot rave enough about this place. The staff was discreet, gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property is historic and well maintained in a great location of the city. It is situated close to great restaurants and within walking distance of the historic centre key sites. From the small touches to the warm, attentive and welcoming staff, it is a boutique hotel with all of the amenities. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place.

However, it was quite small and didn't have air conditioning, which made it a bit stuffy during the day. If you open the window at night to cool the room, be prepared to deal with some pesky mosquitoes. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay in the room and appreciated its cozy ambiance.What really stood out about this hotel was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and always went the extra mile to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I especially loved the handwritten welcome note and complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me in my room when I arrived. The farewell plate of chocolate-covered strawberries was a sweet touch as well. It's the little details like these that make a hotel stand out and I was grateful for the personalized attention.The hotel's spa facilities were also impressive, with a well-maintained jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. While the massage I received was relaxing, it wasn't quite as firm as I was hoping for given the price. Nevertheless, I appreciated the opportunity to unwind and indulge in some self-care during my stay.One thing to note about the hotel's location is that it's situated near the US embassy, which means it's a bit removed from the main tourist attractions of Rome. However, it's still within walking distance (around 20-30 minutes) or a quick taxi ride away, which the hotel staff can arrange for you. Plus, its proximity to the Spanish Steps means you can easily access the Global Blue office there and take advantage of the VAT tax refund if you're a non-EU citizen.Overall, the Baglioni Hotel in Rome is a top-notch option for those seeking a refined, elegant experience in the city. While the room was a bit small and stuffy, the exceptional service, spa facilities, and convenient location more than made up for it

Never posted a bad review till now. I understand if the A/C is out for the hotel to tell your guest that it’s out and do your best to accommodate them. Instead we were constantly getting the run around. A 3 night stay, sweating on sheets at night after touring Rome at the hottest time of year was not what we expected at a 5 star hotel. Then for the staff to act as if they didn’t know the A/C was out every time we addressed it is unacceptable. A 1 star experience unfortunately.

Un ambiente elegantemente sofisticato, staff eccezionale ed accogliente grazie al quale mi sono sentito subito a casa. Le camere sono finemente arredate nei minimi particolari e strizzano l'occhio allo stile dell'Art Decò italiano. La colazione è stata davvero gustosa e il tutto accompagnato dal dolce suono dell'arpa...10!

La mia permanenza al Baglioni Hotel è stata ottima! La posizione dell'hotel è strategica, centralissima, vicino alla metro e a numerosi autobus, oltre che ai luoghi di maggiore interesse di Roma. In particolar modo sono rimasta veramente colpita positivamente dalla gentilezza dei ragazzi della reception, dalla loro disponibilità e gestione delle mie richieste. Inoltre a livello di offerte culinaria, l'hotel propone una vasta scelta di ottima qualità. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Roma tornerei in questo hotel!

Ho avuto il privilegio di essere ospite di questo meraviglioso hotel circa un mese fa. Ambiente sofisticato, curato nei minimi dettagli.Eccellente preparazione dello staff alla reception, che, a mio avviso, fa sempre la differenza.Esperienza indimenticabile, la ripeterò appena possibile!

5 star hotel. Rather expensive but excellent service. Booked with AE platinum card and you get free breakfast and $100 hotel credit. Good buffet breakfast with life harp music. Restaurant tend to be on the expensive side.
