Bought a pair of swim trunks here and the color continues to run on all of the white towels after many, many uses. Owner would not accept for refund or exchange. Also, all products are marketed as if they are Italian-made (and priced accordingly), but tags clearly show they are all made cheaply in China before having the price jacked up here for tourists. Would not recommend using this place unless you have lo other option.

It has plenty of things you mind find useful to having a great beach time. But be careful with each product. The men’s bathing suits fade everywhere once you get them wet. I ended up getting yellow dye everywhere including white towels…. Not that great.

In this place I found the worst ever sales woman. Not even followed us inside the shop every minute; she was mad every time we touch a T-shirt or an item to see if we like the style. When we paid she almost through the bag in the ground for us to pick it up. This lady doesn’t have education at all. In a resort like Chia Laguna, in a five starts hotel like Conrad this lady shouldn’t ever work.
