Un ringraziamento al Personale, gentile e disponibile. In occasione della mia visita in negozio ho addocchiato un borsone sportivo. Dopo due giorni ho contattato il Punto Vendita per alcuni dettagli sul prodotto e, con grande disponibilità, mi sono state fornite le informazioni richieste. Su indicazioni del Personale (Marco) il borsone mi è stato recapitato in tempi brevissimi al Punto Vendita a valle, a me più comodo per l'acquisto. Grazie davvero!

Wir haben hier 4 E-Mountainbikes geliehen. Man muss sagen dass der Service echt ausbaufähig ist. Es gab quasi keine Einweisung und das Personal war alles andere als freundlich. Dass dazu noch diverse Straßen der verschiedenen Mountainbike Routen gesperrt waren wurde uns auch nicht berichtet (da man dann noch zusätzlich mit der Gondel fahren musste). Die Bikes sind top, der Service aber leider überhaupt nicht

Have sold non fitting swimming goggles to my underage kid. Staff is rude and was unwilling to return goggles. After we insisted to exchange they were unwilling to return the change. If you want to get ripped off go here. If you have a choice avoid this place under any circumstance

They have an extraordinary and thoughtfull staff. The bike guy was really resourceful and funny. We definitely recommend it for bike rentals.

Brilliant place to rent ski equipment. We were a family of 4 with young kids (4 and 6) woth fairly limited ski experience. The staff here were brilliant, really helpful and informative on ski hire equipment and sledge hiring. All the staff were patient and really helpful with the kids or other questions that we had about the site. Shout out to Noah who served us who was especially helpful and spoke brilliant English. Thank you!
