I did book tickets through this site and received the voucher. I have yet to go to the Uffizi Gallery and see if I get my tickets for the voucher. I did call Globus and speak to her and she said go to the Gate to get tickets do not stand in line.

Scam. Never got the vouchers.

I am trying to contact them but there is no phone number, no email address and the online contact form doesn't work (see screenshot). So practically, there is no way to reach them. I have accidentally booked 4 instead of 2 tickets (not sure how the hell that happened, and is a shame because i don't have an account created not a screenshot of the purchase) which we found out only when we were in Rome to collect our tickets. there is no problem in collecting your tickets from museums, but BE AWARE of the RESELLING FEE they are asking (approx 5 EURO per museum entrance) .

È una agenzia di dubbia etica, fa pagare 56€ per una entrata , per due adulti e un minorenne , con L ambiguità che ci sia una visita guidata ... invece non c'è nessuna visita guidata , il minore paga ( invece non dovrebbe , come da sito online del museo ) dunque la spesa non è giustificata
