Ruslana Regi Makeup Artist and Bridal hair stylist in Rome Italy

As an American bride living in NYC with an Italian born husband, I loved Ruslana and her team for my wedding in Rome! In reviewing her Instagram page/website I sensed Ruslana’s work delivers wedding day elegance without losing a bride’s natural beauty. We did a trial 6 months before my wedding at a salon in Rome while I was in town (scheduled ~3 months in advance). At the trial she made my green eyes pop and did perfectly polished Hollywood waves as I had requested! We discussed different ways to adjust the look for ceremony/reception and she made some hair pin/veil suggestions over email after our trial. I ultimately changed my mind 2 months before wedding and asked to do a second trial. She came to my hotel three days before wedding for 2nd trial and worked with me to find an airy updo that felt like me.On my wedding day, Ruslana and her team did 12 women’s hair and makeup across two locations in Rome and were ahead of schedule! Italian mother and sister in law and American bridesmaids were all very happy with the natural but sophisticated look!She is professional, easy to communicate with and listens to your individual preferences. I am beyond lucky to have found Ruslana for my destination wedding in Rome. She is so talented at doing both makeup and hair, she exceeded my expectations! Not only is she skilled at her craft but the products she uses are top quality and they lasted all day and night, even through sweat, food and a million kisses, my makeup stayed on the whole time. I cannot recommend her enough, she helped me feel much more confident on my wedding day.

Ruslana and her team were absolutely amazing. She handled all of my bridal makeup, hair, and hair and makeup for my whole bridal party. She is incredibly responsive, communicative, and understanding. Timely and meticulous, too! She also did my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner; natural and timeless elegance. I got married in Rome in August of last year and even with the Roman heat, she was able to ensure my hair and makeup stayed in tact through the whole ceremony and dinner. Having been in many weddings back in the United States, it was also a challenge to have hair and makeup artists understand the natural look I wanted. Ruslana is so great at it. A definite recommend. I had my destination wedding in Florence and Ruslana traveled from Rome the morning of to do my make up. She was exceptionally professional and kind. I saw her work on my mom, grandma of the groom and my bridesman. Once it was my turn, I gave her complete freedom and was so happy with the result. My makeup and hair lasted all day/night. She also made my morning relaxing and I didn’t feel stressed or rush for time at all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone with confidence.
