The return at Avis was unpleasant in several respects:1. for the address of this return station, no street number was given in the contract and in the voucher (and in the other documents). I picked up the car in another place, so I did not know the address from the pickup. Avis also has an administration office on the same street as the return station (Via Predda Niedda, a large multi-lane main road). Since I could not get a street number from the documents, I just entered the street and Avis on Google Maps, so I was navigated to the administration office. There was no one to meet personally, over an intercom they were not able to tell me the address or the street number of the return station. Finally, I found it on the Avis homepage.Two damages were found on the rental car when I returned it, the handling was also unpleasant:2. the employee could not or would not explain to me how the damage fee is made up.3. furthermore, there was no credit card reader in the office, the employee entered the data manually into the computer, my bank considered this as a contactless payment, payments of the sum are not allowed as contactless payment by the bank. I had to get cash to pay the amount in cash because of this.4. for the cash payment I got - despite explicit request - no correct receipt, I was referred to the damage report, which showed only the total sum, but no tax and no explicit payment receipt.
