Perfect for our stay in Rome. Lovely hotel with great staff and breakfast. Rooms were a bit basic but clean and comfortable.The best part is the location, close to so many attractions. Would definitely return and stay here again.

Location was good, peaceful, great price with breakfast included. People are nice. Rooms are big. Beds are worn, you can feel the springs. Bedrooms are dated. Shower drain doesn't drain fast enough so water fills up to your feet and doesn't go away until you shut off the water valve. The shower water fixtures need to be replaced, the shower faucet holes are covered. Some broken tiles on the corner of the shower where bumping your toes on would definitely get a cut. The light in the bathroom is not bright enough, too dim. If it's cheap, book it, otherwise get a less worn out place for the price.

nice rooms, very friendly service. excellent location only a short walk away from all the main attractions in Central Rome (Colosseum less than 5 mins). amazing breakfast included. working convent so a very unique experience!

Stay for four nights. Perfect location. Surrounded by many lovely restaurants Rooms clean staff were very friendly. Breakfast provided. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

This accommodation is centrally located in Rome. All the touristy places such as Colloseum, Palletine hill, Pantheon, Trevi fountain etc are all within walking distance. One of the best pasta shops in Rome, A142 is 2 min walk away. The service is fantastic, very friendly staff and the rooms are very clean, come with everything we need. The building is also equipped with elevator!

We really loved this little Inn in the hearth of Rome. It's cheap and the location is superb, really close to the Colisseum. We did everything by walking, including the Vatican (40 min walk), but is close to a metro station as well and within walking distance from the Termini Station. Also, lots of small, inexpensive restaurants near the hotel.The room was very basic but really clean and with a good shower and good heating (winter time).The breakfast is also simple but good enough, with a nice coffee, bread, some pastries, cold cuts, fruits, cereal, juice and yogurt.It's a Catholic place and it's very simple, quiet and peaceful, and you are expected to be quiet as well. The staff are religious people (nuns, etc) and are all really lovely. There is a curfew, and you can't enter the hotel after midnight, but that for us was not a problem. Obviously, you are not required to be religious to stay there.If you want a cheap place to just have a nice shower, a comfy sleep and a good breakfast to start a day of exploring Rome, you can't go wrong here.

Great hostel/Hotel hybrid in the centre of Rome in the desirable Monti area. I stayed here when tourism just opened back up in Italy so the place wasn’t very busy and I got to enjoy the beautiful terrace and garden in solace.Walkable distance to colloseo and in a really nice area with amazing food and nightlife. I got around the rest of Rome on e-bikes and everything was within 20 minutes.Bathrooms are shared but since there wasn’t anyone on my floor it was like having a private one, nevertheless it was cleaned every time I used it.Lastly, yes this might not be a traditional hotel but the experience you get here is very authentic to Rome as you’re staying in a christian institution.

Ottima casa per ferie gestita in modo esemplare da suore gentilissime e pronte a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal Colosseo in una zona da cui è possibile raggiungere a piedi i posti più belli di Roma. Pulizia ok. Buona colazione.

For the price amazing hotel.Negative: Some dated/basic but fully functional furniture. Entrance locked between midnight and 6:00amPositive: Location - right in the heart of Rome. Very kind people running the place. Big rooms that have everything we needed (no luxury). We paid extra for really quiet room. Breakfast was basic but good quality. Working quietly AC. Every day cleaning. Amazing view from the roof.
