Suite molto bella. Hall e bar inesistente.Bistrot godibile nella bella stagione, per il resto chiuso da veranda con pareti trasparenti (tipo plastica). Sono presenti solo due lampade riscaldanti, troppo poche per la grandezza del locale.Spa, appena sufficiente non certo all'altezza di un 5 stelle.Nell'area piscina ci sono pochi lettini per sdraiarsi, lo stesso dicasi per area relax .Devi chiedere gli asciugamani al personale , che ci ha detto che non li lasciano perché è uno spreco. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. During our stay the weather was very hit and miss but the facilities in the spa and hotel were excellent. The best was the view from our hotel room, waking up every morning to look out over Lugano was amazing and may not be rivalled.

Fantastic experience at the end of our trip.Pre-booking preferable with range of body massage options- I had relaxing massage.The massage was satisfactory, dark room, comfortable music, shower within the room for rinse at the end of treatment. Provided with welcome and post treatment tea and nuts.Also got €50 (swiss franc) discount for staying guest which was a bonus.Also loved the spa section with Finnish sauna, turkish bath, salt room etc.

Die Location ist sicher super schön. Aber einmal mehr ist Preis und Leistung absolut nicht angemessen. Da wir nur als Gäste im Restaurant waren, betrifft diese Bewertung auch ausschliesslich das Restaurant. Zu Beginn ist das Servicepersonal noch anwesend. Aber in der Folge des Abends leider nicht mehr. Wenn ich als Gast mir den sowieso überteuerten Wein (wir trinken immer sehr hochwertige Weine) selbst nachschenken muss, geht das gar nicht. Das Tessin ist immer noch Schweizer Terrain und nicht Italien. Deswegen sind auch die Preise entsprechend. Das Menü war auch eher mittelmässig. Deswegen würde ich auch nicht wieder kommen. Das Tessin und auch Lugano hat wesentlich mehr und Besseres zu bieten. Sehr schade, dass sich die Betreibergesellschaft nur auf den Profit im Moment konzentriert. Wir sollten das nicht unterstützen, sondern lieber die Gastronomen, die täglich hart arbeiten.

Fantastic day at the spa with girlfriends. We had initially booked day access to the spa and ended up all booking in treatments because we loved it so much! Massage treatments were bliss, and therapists were fantastic and very accommodating. Huge pool area, with fantastic views, which we had all to ourselves. They booked out the sauna, steam area exclusively for us so we didn't have to share, perfect for catching up undisturbed. Then after our spa day, we spent the afternoon on the beautiful terrace with a bottle of wine & lunch. Would 100% recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel if I came back to Lugano.

Nice location and nice private spa.Massage: I did deep tissue massage. For me a bit much pressure but other treatments seem good. Discuss very well with therapists before you do. It’s a tip.Super professional sales office ( especially Chadi was responsible with my small problem and He managed very well)Thank you.
