io e il mio compagno abbiamo festeggiato la nostra promessa di matrimonio sulla fantastica terrazza di quest'hotel. Atmosfera piacevolissima e poi che dire del panorama della nostra bella Napoli! il servizio è stato impeccabile, Francesco e gli altri ragazzi dello staff sono stati super disponibili. Ci ritorneremo siuramente

This is an outstanding hotel in the heart of Naples. Right next to the train station and a lots of great restaurants near by . Rooms are clean , very good breakfast choice. Friendly waiter and waitresses .The bar ls also amazing . Giulio is a skilled bartender that provides excellent service. Front desk staff are very friendly too. Overall it's an outstanding hotel .

Beautiful room and very kind staff. The breakfast was fantastic but I’d avoid the rooftop restaurant if you want good food for a decent price. Location is convenient to the train station but like everyone else has said, it’s sketchy at night and quite dirty. Not the hotels fault at the end of the day but something to keep in mind.

Camera suite (4to piano) ampia e silenziosa. Colazione super con tantissime varietà di prodotti; il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile riempiendoci di attenzioni e consigli turistici e storici. Riguardo al posto macchine purtroppo non hanno parcheggio, E ci siamo trovati a cercare dei parking con prezzi più economici rispetto a quello proposto.UNAHOTELS NAPOLI (piazza Garibaldi)CONSIGLIATISSIMO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Accoglienza perfetta, professionale ed estremamente cordiale, gentilissimi sia all'arrivo che in partenza. Palazzo storico in pieno centro, ristrutturato magnificamente. Ho soggiornato in camera sontuosa, moderna e perfettamente ristrutturata, insonorizzata e con balcone panoramico: WiFi gratuito, mega TV satellitare, minibar, letto comodissimo e splendido bagno in marmo. La colazione, ottima e con tutto quello che si può desiderare, è inclusa nel prezzo e viene servita nel roof garden con vista panoramica sulla città.

We only could stay one night in Naples and wish we could have had more. The hotel was clean and cool on a hot day in July. The room was spacious and cool, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and offered to pack up a to-go breakfast due to our early checkout. We had dinner at the Rooftop restaurant - amazing views, pizza, and service.

The hotel has a nice location and the room was clean and cozy. Its close to the central station but a bit far from the rest of the city. There are busy roads around the hotel. Breakfast was good as well.Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is good, not much to complain about. The bed was pretty comfy and really large (which is a big plus for tall people), the bathroom has a big bathtub which we enjoyed. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices but some things weren't of the best quality like bread for example. Its location is a big plus and big minus - very easily accessible from main train station but the surrounding Garibaldi area is very noisy and you can't really feel safe around there - we even almost got our phone snatched a couple blocks away. Overall it was a decent experience.

Sentirsi a casa. Coccolati e attenzionati in tutto.Il servizio ristorante dalla colazione all'aperitivo alla cena impeccabile. Il BBQ nella terrazza unico. Piatti presentati come fossero dei quadri di autore. La camera pulita e ben arredata
