Compañía de alquiler de coches que ofrece precios muy económicos a través de resellers, que como siempre te venden un seguro que ellos no reconocen y te piden que hagas otro seguro con ellos. El coche en perfectas condiciones completamente nuevo en la recogida y la entrega rápida aunque el aeropuerto es bastante complicado (esto no es culpa suya). Se encuentran en la cuarta planta del edificio C, hay que tener cuidado porque en las señales que están en el aeropuerto está indicado que está en el edificio B.

La peor compañía de renta de carros.Estoy esperando el shuttle en el aeropuerto de Roma y la persona que recoge la gente mal educada, no te hablan. Le haces preguntas y no responden.. solo dicen: espera el siguiente shuttle. Estás pagando por un servicio en donde te dejan embarcado. Lo barato sale muy caro. Es mejor gastar tu dinero en una compañía que si te resuelva tus problemas.

Don't rent a car from here. Take your money elsewhere unless you want to ne screwed over.

Stay away from this company if you don't want to be scammed out of your money. So unfriendly and I lost 126€ because of them. Don't book a rental car here because there are many more in Fiumicino that are around the same price and who are friendly and trustworthy.

Personalmente mi sono trovato bene (noleggio spesso). Il check in online é stato utile e ha velocizzato tutto il processo. Auto ritirata dopo l'orario di chiusura senza costi aggiuntivi. Ottime condizioni dell'automobile. Prezzi contenuti e riconsegna senza problemi. Consigliati

Made a booking over two months in advance for a 9 seat car. When calling from the airport to get picked up we were told that the car was not available. No contact had been taken in advance to advice us of the situation. Booking was done through booking.com that tried to help us find an alternative to no avail. In the end we were saved by Enterprise (Locauto) which will get our business if we need to rent again. This almost ruined out vacation.

Fraudulent company, avoid at all costs. Returned car after taking good care, they claimed a smaller than 1cm dent was my fault and charged €260. They provided no evidence of the tiny dent not being pre existing and when I refused to agree, they forged my signature multiple times on to a document. Worst rental I’ve ever dealt with and clearly scam focused.Otherwise, for pick up at 2am, had to convince the shuttle to even take us to the rental office. Attendant was friendly, but no car inspection or details, just forced to sign documents.Save the scam, fraud and terrible service, go with a well known company, not RentSmart24 - they are the worst.

Péssimo atendimento, recepcionista mal educada, não respeita as pessoas. Reservamos on-line e tivemos que pagar o dobro do preço quando chegamos, cobraram muitas taxas que não existiam. No retorno, cobraram 25 euros a mais porque disseram que estávamos atrasados, sendo que não estávamos. Não recomendo para ninguém. Fujam!

Horrorosa! Empresa não confiável, fez contrato mediante apresentação escaneada da habilitação de condução pelo serviço on line após pagamento de reserva, no ato da entrega pessoalmente não entregou o carro, atendente mal educada, nos desrespeitou, negou traslado de volta ao aeroporto, não nos devolveu o dinheiro pago! Ficamos sem o carro, perdemos o pagamento que foi feito e ainda tivemos que pagar táxi. Empresa lixo e não confiável em Fiumicino Roma Itália.Empresa não oferece as informações necessárias ao cliente, não entrega o produto contratado (rent) e não devolve o dinheiro.

I was hesitant at first to rent a car from rentsmart24 because of the shuttle service to pick up the car. However, I still went ahead as my arrival at Fiumicino Airport was 12:30am and the car rentals in FCO closes at 11:00pm. The process was smooth everything was ready, as I did it all online. From booking, paying and checking in. Shuttle service was quick around 5-7 minutes wait at the departure area on the 1st floor terminal one. As soon as I completed the online reservation, payment and checking in of my documents and details, instructions were clear and precised. Upon returning, same process, all was ready and fast check out. Deposit was back in my credit card in less than an hour on returning the car. Good price too, compared to other rental car companies. Highly recommended! One important advice is to avail with their full insurance. This will give you peace of mind.
