Very fast and efficient service at least for what I had to do. The lady working there was very nice and polite both on the phone and there. However all the requests were dealt with from outside that gate in the street. I don't know if it is a usual thing or it is a Covid related thing however it felt a bit strange to be doing my paperwork on the sidewalk on the street.

The environment here is very good.
