worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at some questionable places. starting off, there is no toilet seat, and the location is very sketchy. not to mention to enter the building, you have to ring a bell (and it is unclear where to ring). the bed sheets were covered in hair and dirty (as if they had not been washed). The price for this place makes no sense. according to my traveling expertise, the price should be no more than 50 total per night.However, that is not the worst part. I have to talk about an experience that I had here that I’ve never had anywhere else. My friend and I were coming back around 8:30 pm from dinner. Obviously we were feeling a bit scared since we are tourists and people of color from America. we began to ring the bell to enter the gates to the hotel, but nobody opened it. We rang it a couple more times, and then somebody finally opened it. When going up to our room and old white man met us and asked us what the problem was and if he could see our room keys. he said he was the owner. we then gave him the key and told him our room number. he kept the keys and started yelling at us, saying that we should not ring the bell more than once. We explained that we rang it, and nobody opened it, and we are feeling threatened from the people outside. He withhold our room keys from us, and started mocking our inability to speak Italian. he said that we had woken him up with ringing the gate (even though the only way to enter is by ringing the gate). Keep in mind it was 8:30 PM. we then apologized because we just wanted to go back to our room and finally he gave us our keys back. I was feeling very frustrated and asked my friend if I should go up and talk to him about opening the gate and my friend said there was no reason and we should go back to our room. We started heading back to our room and the owner chased us and entered our room and started asking me why I was making facial expressions. He then told me he was watching me on the camera and started grinning. As a young female, I felt very threatened and scared. He stepped foot into our room (invading our privacy) and kept asking me “what is the problem miss”, when I started to explain, he kept interrupting me asking me “what is the problem”, and mocking me and my facial expressions. My friend then stepped in to help explain, and the owner says “i don’t have a problem, you do” as he pointed a finger into my friends face and start spitting. We feel like we have been hate crimed, robbed of money, and our privacy has been invaded. do not stay here. I don’t even know how this place is functioning. not only is this place horrendous, but the owner is looking at people in cameras and mocking them. Very very scary.

La zona dove si trova la pensione è rischiosa, se si decide di uscire la sera da soli.La pensione è kitsch con mobili vetusti e sanitari arrugginiti.La colazione offerta lascia a desiderare...Mi è sembrato di vivere un incubo!

Ottima struttura, situata nel cuore di piazza Garibaldi e quindi vicinissima alla stazione. Camera superior deluxe stupenda....una vera e propria mini suite. pulitissima, accogliente, cielo stellato ed effetti luce che coccolano, jacuzzi in camera e tutti i confort possibili e immaginabili. frigobar gratis con spumante incluso e colazione in camera. Giovanni e il proprietario persone squisite e disponibilissime...tutto ok e tutto perfetto

Siamo contenti di aver scelto questa struttura in quanto siamo vicinissimi alla stazione centrale ed in pochissimo tempo si raggiungono i posti più importanti di Napoli. Poi per quanto riguarda la struttura, il personale è attento ai dettagli, sono molto cordiali e le camere sono perfette dotate di tutti i comfort. Colazione e servizio in camera perfetto. Nulla da dire siamo rimasti contenti e ci ritorneremo

Considerando 155€ spesi per una doppia solo xké era l unico che non aveva il full e dovevamo pernottare solo una notte mi sono ritrovata in una strada secondaria dove non c era un italiano manco a pagarlo...la stanza non vale i soldi spesi assolutamente nonostante non posso dire che è brutta si è sentito un vocio tutta la notte che purtroppo per chi ha il sonno leggero è davvero terribile in più leggo che qualcuno ha fatto colazione li a noi non è stato nemmeno accennato che la colazione fosse inclusa anzi quando siamo andati via non ci è stato detto neppure arrivederci...

La zona in cui si trova la pensione (stazione centrale dei treni) è frequentata da extraeuropei, ladri e prostitute. Qualcuno ha tentato di mettermi la mano in tasca per rubarmi il portafoglio!All'arrivo ho avuto una ridicola discussione perchè non avevo la fotocopia della carta di credito.La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.Sconsigliato.
