Piccolo ma ben fornito noleggio biciclette presente nello stesso stabile della stazione ferroviaria di Rio Pusteria. Per noi è stato utilissimo perché è l'unico noleggio in zona che aveva una bicicletta elettrica con un bel cestellone anteriore per caricare il cane; purtroppo il mio cane soffre di stare nel trasportino posteriore tutto chiuso. Tale bici non prevede il noleggio a ore ma solo per l'intera giornata (65 €).

La ebike che ci hanno affittato si è spenta dopo 3km e non è più ripartita. Impossibilitati a tornare al negozio abbiamo chiamato il numero di telefono. Non sono riusciti a dare assistenza telefonica, ne sono intervenuti a sostituire la ebike. Siamo rimasti tutto il giorno con la ebike non funzionante. Al ritorno al negozio hanno verificato che si è staccato un cavo. Non hanno voluto rimborsare nemmeno parzialmente l'affitto della ebike. Responsabile scortese e maleducato. Mai più. Da evitare.

Didn’t rent a biker here. We actually rented an ebike from a different business in Brixen and rode it all around the area.We were taking the train back to Brixen and accidentally got off at the station next to Bike Rental Leitner. Shrugged it off and decided to just ride back to Brixen. A few minutes from the station the chain snapped on one of the bikes and fortunately I remembered seeing Bike Rental Leitner when we had gotten off the train.Walked the bike down to this shop and very quickly one of the staff members started working on it. He was able to remove the broken chain link and get it back on within minutes. He was very helpful and friendly, and even helped us figure out how to get back to Brixen on the train.People like that are far and few between. We truly appreciated his time and help and if we’re ever back in the area we’ll be sure to rent here instead of anywhere else.Highly recommend you rent from this business as that kind of customer service is hard to find now a days.
